Yesterday, The Hospital Asian Premier at the Taipei International Conference Center was filled up with fans and media from various countries. Once more, Jerry's "Giant Star" glamor attracted about 3000 fans from Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and so on. Jerry's doctor's suit and accessories was auctioned off at a NT$1,120,000 total price.
Earlier, all the cast descended at the escalator with the "red carpet" from the 2nd floor; from the senior stars, to the supporting cast, and then to Leon Dai. As soon as Yan Jin Hua appeared, fans already screamed because Jerry, Janine and Director Cai followed him, and crowded in to take pictures, that created chaos.
Yesterday, the entire cast was wearing white in tune with the drama theme, and only Jerry was wearing a black velvet ARMANI suit, that made him stood out. He said, " It was not intentional. the designer just lent me this suit to wear today." Jerry's every move was captured by the thousands of cameras flashing before him.
The Hospital Premier worked with World Vision, whose proceeds will all be donated to the organization. As Jerry called the the fans who won the Charity auction, they lead their hands and didnt forget to hug him
With a 200,000 cash bid, a Japanese male named Yu Ben Qing won Jerry's neclace, intending to give it to his wife who is a Jerry fan. He bid on all the auction items that the host then granted him the name "Mr. Japan". When Jerry was putting on the neclace to his wife, Yu Ben Qing even took pictures of his wife at the stage, that Jerry became a bit envious on this sweet gesture.
Fans had a big hand in this "Charity event". Apart from their bids, they need to undergo identification procedures. All holding their cash payments, millions of cash flowed in to the World Vision staff who were present, escorted by bank employees to assisted them in the transactions. |

Janine Zhang fell in love with Jerry Yan

In the filming of The Hospital, Janine Zhang had many love encounters with Jerry Yan. Outside, Janine also really loved this handsome guy but she knew it's impossible for both of them. After the shooting ended, she just poured out in her masteral thesis so she can slowly pull out those feelings. Jerry and Janine had many love scenes in the drama. So that they can internalize the intimate scenes, Director Cai purposely filmed these love scenes towards the later stage of the filming. In the final parting scene, people were moved by her acting that she said,? Tears just kept flowing, I don? have to practice anymore and later, I just found out I had really fell in love with him.? She said that she didn? get over with her feelings to Jerry even after the shootings ended. So she changed her attention to writing all the important parts of her life in her graduation thesis.

Jerry, when asked whats there to like abt Janine, said : she's beautiful, there's a simplicity abt her, not loaded down with excess baggage, she's her natural self which is very important (Jerry explains that some ladies when they know they are beautiful tends to be conscious abt it ).
That's when Janine said to somebody's besides her : Is he admitting indirectly that I am beautiful?? And Jerry replied laughingly : I am directly saying she's beautiful.
Janine, asked abt Jerry, said that after working with someone, you will get to know the person better & will change your opinion of that person. at the beginning there were ppl telling her Jerry is like this, like that, etc, etc. but after working with Jerry, she finds Jerry is a serious & hardworking person & after getting to know the real him, the real him will attract ppl.
Jerry said Janine gives him a deep impression. At 1st, when he 1st met her, she was just a uni student but after working with her, he finds she has many attractive qualities. She is a concern & understanding person. When his mood was not good, she was able to understand & accept. Jerry never thought this cld be so. Jerry said thanks to Janine, there was a time when his mood was not stable, the concern she showed to him touch him deeply.
