Adebayor wants Spurs move
Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor is looking to force his way to Tottenham Hotspur on loan in January.
The 26-year-old's future at the Eastlands has been in shambles after getting involved in a series of bust-ups with manager Roberto Mancini.
Now according to the Daily Mirror, both Adebayor is prepared to make himself even more of a hate figure at Arsenal by moving to White Hart Lane.
Spurs manager Harry Redknapp, who controversially signed former Gunners captain William Gallas in the summer, is willing welcome to striker to White Hart Lane.
But Adebayor's wage is a huge barrier for Redknapp, who could ask City to pay half of his £120,000-a-week wages.
Meanwhile, City have drafted a 'must-go' list with their problematic striker top among the likes of Shaun Wright-Phillips and Roque Santa Cruz.
But given City and Spurs both competing for a place in the top four, the Eastlands club are unlike to send Adebayor to White Hart Lane.
