Well the reason why i nak ambil vitamic C is not merely for my skin or whatsoever skin related purpose, the reason is because I have this sinus in which I have flu every now and then. My ENT doctor suruh saya ambil vitamin C as a supplement...and ive been taking for quite a long time even before i had this massive breakout. thanks for your advice. I agree with you,taking too many things at one time...is not good for the body. But since i start with this accutane, saya tak ambil any supplement. stop kejap,Anyway, just wondering, why you ckp jangan ambil carrot juice?is it because it contains vitamin A juga?
Thanks for the info about blood test etc. Yang peliknya, my doctor tak ada mentioned anything....not even a single thing bout blood test. dia just cakap ambil antibiotic for bacteria (mcm panadol) and ambil roaccutane once a day (10mg). pelik kan? dia just ckp the side effect ..dry skin..thats it..and ubat tu untuk kegunaan apa, which it will control our body oil glands. thats it. saya balik and google baru tahu yg kena buat blood test...takut lah pula kan. haha..after habis ni, saya kena jumpa dia balik. |

Vitamin C supplement ada interaction dgn Roaccutane ke?
Ambik roaccutane jangan sama sekali mengandung. even kalo dh stop pun kena tunggu beberapa ketika dulu sblm mengandung. nnt gugur atau anak cacat.
perempuan dalam usia blom menopause wajib buat preganncy test before ambik accutane. kena buat LFT dan check lipid profile juga |

Sinus tu symptom-symptom dia selsema, susah nak benafas, cough,sore throat and headache juga etc... yup itu adalah symptom2 yang selalu di hadapi oleh org yg ada sinus. Saya selalu kena buat endoscopy ..every year mesti sebab selalu selsema yg teruk...selalu sgt hidung tersumbat. Doctor mmg syorkan ambil vitamin C. By the way, untuk pengetahuan vitamin C boleh kurangkan swollen/inflammation/keradangan tissue yg berada di dalam hidung. as matter of fact,pernah doctor nak buat surgery..but saya tak nak. Pengambilan vitamin ni ada kebaikannya. Oh ya, just nak share, you can read from here

oh u selalu cucuk vitamin C ke? ok tak your kulit? i ada kawan yg cucuk juga, kulit dia nampak cantik. in my opinion, saya rasa better jangan lagi lah..sebab takut effect apa-apa ke kan. saya pun tak berpengalaman, so tak sure..kena tanya doctor. better tunggu habis roaccutane dulu then only you can continue jab vitamin C tu.. |

beza dia hanya kulit lebih cerah. Tapi ianya tak beri kesan apa2 pd acne. And I go for co2 laser fixel treatment 3x . dan pun tak ada kesan apa2 pd acne.
so now fikir nak get rid of acne dulu baru continue with injection n laser.
sbb acne akan timbulkan kesan2 scar. so laser, injek pun bazir jika new scar akan ada.
acne halus2.. |
