Neville relishing Anfield test
Everton captain Phil Neville is relishing the challenge of next week's two Merseyside derbies against Liverpool at Anfield.
The Toffees play their city rivals in the Premier League on Monday night before heading back to Anfield for their FA Cup fourth round clash next Sunday.
Neville is sure of a hot reception from the Reds fans in both games, especially as he is a ex-Manchester United player.
But the former England international is relishing lining-up in the cauldron of Anfield.
Really enjoyHe told Everton's official website: "It's something I really enjoy - if they didn't do that I'd be worried.
"I love the atmosphere of Liverpool-Everton games. It's one of the things that drew me to the club."
The skipper believes the Toffees must take it one game at a time and put the FA Cup clash from their minds at present.
He told Everton TV: "It's all about the Premier League game. If you asked the fans which game they'd prefer to win, they would say both.
Important"That's how important they are, but the most important thing for us is to get three points on Monday."
While the Toffees are hampered by the loss of the suspended Marouane Fellaini for both games, Neville believes the side - who have not conceded a goal in six matches - have enough experience to handle themselves at Anfield.
"We have got players who have played on the big occasions," he said.
"For me, there is no tougher away game than Anfield. If you get a result there, it's probably the toughest ground in the league to get a result on.
"Tim Howard has played there numerous times and he will be the first point of our defence."

Everton 2-0 West Brom
Cahill (left) celebrates giving Everton the lead with Joseph Yobo
Everton continued their push for a European place next season and left West Brom rock bottom of the Premier League with victory at Goodison Park. Tim Cahill put the Toffees in front, taking advantage of some hapless West Brom defending to nod in a corner. The Baggies were the better team but Tim Howard denied Marc- |
