i think gmbo yg pemain bola keranjang tu sgt cantik..i like that kind of lean muscle...it's purely showing that u r doing good to ur body...

i dont say i have a popping muscle...nope..i'm a mother..and my baby baru jer cecah 1 thn stgh...i've got so many things to work on too..

mase zmn anak dara dlu...i tergile2 kan cardio coz i tot, cardio could help to lose my weight faster..burn more calorie as i used to be fatty and chubby girl (smpi time nk abih blaja bebdk kelas duk remind suh kuruskan badan...sadis)
ms tu..i remembered i could run on treadmill for an hour..mmg btul2..kurus...skinny..the lowest i went off is 48kg with 165cm(tk setingga micha)... but that's too way skinny up till i could see bones everywhere on my body...n then came out health problem too ( i tak salahkan cardio activity ok..dont get me wrong..it's more to my dietery lifestyle)

pstu nk dkt kwin...i join thread kt bft tu..i kenal byk sgt kekwn kt situ..n they were very helpful...they introduced me with JM..mase tu laa i blaja dgn dumbbell..i learn more about bodyweight exercises..n then, i found this web : www.bodyrock.tv ...i followed those workouts and it worked!my abs flat..and i'm not that skinny..and i remembered one of great compliments if got was from my friend during our session @ gym(ok i ade pg gym geks and got some training from my trainer)

she said..."i wish i could have a washboard abs like urs"

n then after that, dah kawin tentu laa dpt anak kan..

yet still, tike pregyy tu i still did workouts with lots of modifications...i used JM and bodyrock.tv workouts a lot and tk smpi 3 bln..i could wear back my jeans..its skinny one..

i nk tepek gmbo tk kose jah...tp kalo mau tgk gmbo i...berFB laa..

btw, kwn yg tnye link tu...i dh bg kt atas..tp skng i tk bape suke itu bodyrock mayb zuzana has departed from that web..zuzana has made her own youtube channel..skang baru ade 2 workouts from her...u can subscribe her youtube too, just search for: zuzkalight in youtube.

and other than that, right now i'm into this online trainer..he's a bit sincere yet i love his approach.. www.angrytrainerfitness.com (ade byk suggestion workout yg u can do with minimal equipments)

plus if u have kettlebell, u can always go to this web: myomytv.com (i love this girl..she's more humble and really realistic dr zuzana<--zuzana used to be an adult model hence her physique is wow, so dont compare urs with her)

wahh best la korang,aku nak join bina muscle.aku perempuan berat 55 tinggi 159.dapat body macam jillian michaels tu haii bertuahnya badan kurus bermuscle.nak tanya otai2 ktsini atau sesiapa saja yang tahu..whey protein untuk wanita bina muscle ada tak?atau supplement untuk bina muscle wanita.nama brand dan katmana nak beli?

p/s: aku nak kurus bermuscle.aku tak nak kurus lembik atau kurus berlemak.hehehe

gamaknya masing2 bz kot... dan mungkin sudah sangat berotot juga.. ya agak slow berbanding V1 sbb yang otai2 jarang masuk. sbb soal jawab antara beginner (yg baru nk berotot ni) dengan otai(yang dah berotot ni) agak lambat direply,
