Episode Summary for Why Why Love Episode 8

This episode starts with Jiadi going over to Huoda抯 house to leave him the notes she took for him. On her way out, she met Yanshu and they had a mini argument. Yanshu implies that Jiadi is a thief (for going into Huoda抯 house without his knowledge) Jiadi was about to reply when Huoda cut her off and said she wasn抰 one. Huoda asks her why she抯 here and Yanshu loops her arm through Huoda抯, making Jiadi a bit jealous. Jiadi tells Huoda that he抯 not beyond hope and that he should study hard (don抰 know how to translate what she said better). Huoda抯 tutor arrives and tells Huoda that he抯 lucky because Jiadi bugged him a lot to get his notes. Jiadi gives the notes back to the tutor and leaves. Huoda enters his house and sees all the notes Jiadi left him. He imagines her posting those notes and was very touched. The tutor also enters the house and tells Huoda that Jiadi copied his notes word for word and that she must not be studying for her exams at all because she抯 spending all of her time on him. As Huoda and the tutor were getting ready to study, Yanshu called Huoyan and told him that she got Huoda a tutor. She also tells him that she is suspicious of Jiadi (she finds that Jiadi is too close to both brothers) and that what she has done was not for Huoda, but for him (Huoyan). Huoda heard all this and after she has hanged up, kicked his tutor out. It started raining outside, and Jiadi, who was walking ran to the nearest shelter thing to get away from the rain. She vowed to get under the umbrella of the 10th guy that passes her and force him to take her to the bus stop. Jiadi thought to herself that she is getting more and more daring (in the bad way). Huoyan was driving in his car (to somewhere) and called Jiadi. Jiadi tells Huoyan should not worry about Huoda抯 final exam because Yanshu has found him a great tutor. Huoyan remarked that if he was Huoda, he wouldn抰 need a tutor, but a good friend to encourage him instead. Back at Huoda抯, Yanshu asked Huoda why he kicked his tutor out. She asks him when he would ever learn to appreciate other people抯 concern for him. He asks her when she would ever understand his care for her (concern and care are the same word in this situation). She said that he抯 like a brother to her and that she should care about him and since Huoyan is so busy, taking care of Huoda is something she could help him with. Huoda asks her if they have to have Huoyan between them (i.e. everything concerns Huoyan). She said not to force her and that there is not answer to that question. Huoda said that in front of Huoyan, he抯 her spring board (like someone to make Huoyan jealous); in front of Huoda, Huoyan is her safety screen. He then proceeds to say that care from some people is genuine, like those from Jiadi. Others care because they have ulterior motives. He then ran out into the rain looking for Jiadi.
Jiadi at this point was freezing at the place she has taken shelter. Huoda called her and asked where she is. She told him that she was celebrating (by eating pork steak). At this point, they were standing on the opposite side of the same street. She told him that he has to study hard, and if he fails, she抣l laugh at him. Huoda asks if she抯 finished eating and that if she is, he抣l come and pick her up. She told him to study, but hanged up on her. As Huoda was about to go across the street, Huoyan pulled up in his yellow car. Since Jiadi was freezing, she accepted his offer to drive her home. Huoda looked really sad from the other side of the street.
Huoda walked home in the rain and Yanshu was still there waiting for him. She got a towel for him and he dried off. Yanshu started saying how Huoda was her brother and that she cares about him, but now he won抰 even accept her care. She wanted to know why that is. Huoda said that he抯 not her brother and that is just her excuse. He said that they just protect her. He demanded that she either accept him (as a boyfriend) or there would be nothing between them. She tried to avoid answering, but Huoda cut her off and said that he would accept 0 (nothing). She then said that if that is his decision, she will try to accept it.
At Jiadi抯 house, Jiadi thanked Huoyan for driving her home. Right after, she faints and Huoyan had to carry her to her bed. He watched her as she slept. She talked in her sleep (things like Jia You) and accidentally said that she抯 starting to like 揈-Shao |

At Huo Enterprise, a meeting is going on and Yanshu is talking, but Huoyan was not paying any attention (He was thinking of what Jiadi said last night). Huoyan and Yanshu discussed business for a bit.
Down at Tainan, Jiadi抯 mother was having a discussion with her friend. Jiadi抯 mother remarked that her friend抯 health has gotten worse, and that she should not have made her come to Taipei to see her so often. Her mother抯 friend said that she went to Taipei to see her son (Who doesn抰 know her). She also said that he is living very well that her initial decision to send him away was right.
Huoda抯 friends were riding their motorcycles. Huoda asked to ride and as he was riding around, thought of what Jiadi had said to him.
At Huo Enterprise, Yanshu and the group leader was discussed what they were going to do for the Christmas season. Since they will be busy, they decided to hire more temporary workers.
At Pozi抯 bike shop, Pozi and his friend was discussing how they were going to go compete out of the country. Huoda said that since they were friends, he should help them get enough money. Pozi did not want to take advantage of Huoda because he抯 rich, but Huoda managed to convince him to let him help.
The group leader called Xiaonan and asked her and Jiadi to come in as temporary help during Christmas season. Jiadi initially refused, but after watching Xiaonan and her boyfriend argue over the money Xiaonan lent her, she decided to go and pay Xiaonan back quickly (She even asked for advance payment). Jiadi called her brother and told him it was ok to come back. Her brother didn抰 want to because he was hanging out with hooligans, but Jiadi did not know that. Jiadi tried to call her mother, but her mom抯 phone ran out of battery.
Huoda went to Huoyan to ask for money so Pozi and his friends could go out of the country to compete. Huoyan refused to simply give it to him, so Huoda had to work at the family mall to earn that money during winter vacation.
Xiaonan and Jiadi started working at the mall, Xiaonan in the elevator, and Jiadi in a woman抯 clothing store. After some work, they went to the washroom to freshen up and ran into Yanshu, who accused her of working there because of Huoyan. Jiadi tried to retaliate, but Yanshu would not listen.
Pozi and Huoda happened to be at the mall, and Huoda and Jiadi started bickering. Huoda also mentioned that she was working there because of Huoyan, which annoyed Jiadi (he also called her future sister in law). Xiaonan came to Jiadi抯 defence and accused him of being there because of Yanshu (they don抰 know he worked there yet). Jiadi said she can leave if he really doesn抰 want her there, but he didn抰 appear to want her to leave.
Eventually, Xiaonan went back to work (with Pozi trailing after her). When Xiaonan and Pozi left, Huoda saw Yanshu coming and quickly dragged Jiadi to a nearby stairwell. There, Jiadi said that if he really doesn抰 want Yanshu to see them, then he should stay away from her (Jiadi). Huoda said that Jiadi could still bribe him because he could help her get Huoyan and proceeded to insulting her. Jiadi said that he was over the line and tried to punch him, but he caught her hand. Jiadi asked him if making fun of her will make him feel more balanced. He asked her why he would he not feel balanced? She said that he like Yanshu who like Huoyan, so he is taking his anger out on her. He replied of course not. They argued a little bit more and then Jiadi tried to leave. Huoda grabbed her hand, so she asked him why he always grabs her hand when he obviously likes Yanshu. He replied that if she says anything else, he抣l kiss her. She tried to say something, but he got really close to her and she stopped talking. After a few seconds, Huoda pulled away and laughed, saying she is too easily tricked, and why would he kiss her if he doesn抰 even like her? He then proceeded to say that he finds it fun to annoy Jiadi, so she wouldn抰 be able to get away from him. Jiadi walked away without replying.
Huoyan was in the elevator when he met Xiaonan. She used trying to give Huoyan feedbacks about working at the mall as an excuse to tell him where Jiadi is.
Huoda was sitting on a bench in the mall when Pozi showed up and asked Huoda to get him a job at the mall. Huoda asked him why, and Pozi replied that he wanted to be like Huoda (getting near the girl he likes). Huoda wacked Pozi on the head and said that there is nothing between him and Yanshu. Pozi said he wasn抰 talking about Yanshu but Jiadi, and that Huoda might have not noticed, but when he looked at Jiadi, his expression changed about 300 times a second. Pozi implied that Huoda likes Jiadi. Huoda called him an idiot and told him to go away. Pozi left, leaving Huoda sitting on the bench alone, looking thoughtful.

summary pendek ep 6
Xiao Nan found out what Huo Yan had done to Jia Di and decided to go and confront him. She then realised that Jia Di's uncle had used the photos which he had secretly taken to extort Huo Yan for money. At the same time, Judy went to look for Huo Da and showed him the photos, she suspected that Jia Di has collaborated with his uncle to extort for money. Though Huo Da has denied that he has something unusual with Jia Di, Judy passed sacarstic remarks to Jia Di when she came to do housekeeping for Huo Da. Huo Da shouted at Judy for being so mean and Judy left his house in shock.
That night, Huo Da tried all means to calm Jia Di down and promise to find the person who make this mess. The next day, Huo Da went to look for Huo Yan to clear things up but ended up in a heated arguement and their faher was dismay.
Their father hinted to Judy that as long as she can eliminate the obstacle (I think he is referring to Jia Di) and bring Huo Da back to the right path, he can arrange her marriage with Huo Yan.
Jia Di has decided to stay away from the two brothers but Huo Yan came to look for her in school and took her away. He kept apologizing and told Jia Di about the fact that his mother has betrayed him (sold him) for money when she brought him to the Huo family when he is young. Jia Di then understood why he got so worked up. Though Jia Di couldn't bear to leave him, she doesn't want to give Huo Yan anymore trouble and decided to stay away.
Jia Di's uncle came to look for her and told her that his debts has been cleared. She asked him where did his money came from, she then found out what her uncle has been doing behind her back.
The one week service is expiring soon and Jia Di is cleaning Huo Da's house for the last time. Huo Da does not wish to see Jia Di looking so miserable and he couldn't bear to let her go. Again, he tried to be a peace maker and asked Huo Yan to apologize to Jia Di. The three of them make another agreement, Jia Di is to help Huo Da's with his exams to offset what Huo Yan has paid for to settle her uncle's debts. |

Summary pendek ep 7
HY accepted JD's proposal of helping HD study to pass his finals as an exchange for paying off her uncle's debts. JD and HD study at the library but HD just goofs around. On the way home, the two chat and HD said JD owes heaven a good deed since he's doing her a favor, so JD ended up pulling him into a blood donation site. HD is scared of injections but ends up donating too because JD told him the story of her dad using a lot of donated blood when he was injured. JD said HD was cute for donating, but HD got irritated at being called cute and teasingly flicked her forehead. Next morning, JD comes to wake him up and take him to class. He doesn't know what or where his classes are, and ends up going with a female classmate that recognized him. YS is complaining to HY about letting JD helping HD to study. At school, HD said JD is his gf to get away from a group of girls and kissed her so she wouldn't spill his secret of being afraid of injections. HY saw because he wanted to deliver HD's books to JD, and punched HD for being so rash, saying the deal w/ JD is cancelled. HY goes to apologize on behalf HD. YS finds HD another tutor and finds HD taking some guitar lessons.
JD came to the Huo company to settle with HY about the exchange deal. HY asked her to help buy clothes for someone (as an excuse). They met up again because JD forgot to give HY the receipt and HY wanted to give JD the bears. At school, HD didn't apologize but asked if he could do three good things to make up for the wrong one, showing JD a picture of him donating blood again and also having the previous blood donation count. He gave her the pink box (mp3 player inside) as the third good thing. YS looks for HD and they share their childhood memories again. blah. JD listens to the mp3 player. HD said he never wanted to really hurt her. For the third good thing, he learned how to sing/play the song JD always sings. Then he said he will definitely pass his finals because he promised her. JD helps him take notes and wanted to deliver to him, but was stopped by YS. JD askes BZ through XN to let her in HD's house later instead when HD wasn't around, bumping into YS. |
