i x ingat baper bulan maybe around 4-5 months jugak la i consume benda alah nie..yang nampak dia punya baiknya spi skrg nie..jerawat & parut2 hitam kat belakang badan i mmg totally ilang..bekas pun x der..cuma bab muka i mmg der kesan apa2..teruk mcm dulu jugak..abis kuar sumer huhuhu..tension sebenarnya nie tp malas nak layan..
actually i dah jumpa pakar tp dr just kasi ubat subur jer..x mkn benda tue period i jd lik..sbb tue i dah malas nak bergantung dgn ubat..nak try natural jer..tp nak natural tue x tau mcm mana huhuhu...

p/s : i x salah ubat nie sbb i sendiri dgn rela hati nak consume benda alah nie kan..cuma for ther readers yg nak cuba, pls ringankan mulut anda bertanya dr A - Z, b4 nak consume benda nie, cari dulu maklumat ttg nie kat internet, cari baper byk review & testi ttg benda nie...jgn jd mcm i..iyakan jer apa yg dr.i cakap... |

seingat saya...based on product insert...kalau amik Roaccutane ni...you can conceive only after 2 years of STOPPING it...it's very teratogenik - due to its solubility in the fat..it stays longer in the body...so utk yg nak amik...kalau dah kawin/nak kawin..kena consider amik pil perancang skali.. |

so uall, after u all habisqann accutane say 6 bulan say u consume dari jan sampai jun 2009, kemudian setelah u all tak ambil, dia akan ada break out balik kah?
u all ambil 5mg kewr dgn sebji seharikah?
atau 10mg?
time ai dedolu , ubat ni mahal, ai kira kena 200 ke 300rm untuk prescription sebulan, if am not mistaken... sekarang dah murah kah?
during prescription, mmg berkesan.. kulit menjadi amat bersih dan lawa... cuma berat naik citit..  ...
lepas dah habis 6 bulan ai tukar, my regime... sbbnya, kalau ai beli ai terus ambil 3 bulan prescription, yelah takkan setiap bulan nak datang.. so mahal lewrr) lebih kepada menjaga pemakanan, do microdermabrasion, dan facial dan menggunakan regime penjagaan bio essence... kemudian alat make up/foundation kena pastikan clear clean lepas balik rumah... dan pilih product yang reliable... |

d) CAKAP KAT pakar sakit puan ka apa onec kalau u pregnant yang you ambil roaccutane
e) you elakkan hamil within 2 years if not i tatau
f) masa consultataion dgn doktor ada cakap tak bebenda ni semua atau fikir nak lawaaaaa jer?

bebenda cam ni kena consult dan PLEASELAH

u ya allah takut jadi patient macam you .....
you know acne ni you kena buat treatment biasa dulu the skin specialist ( yang bagussssss akan bagi yg biasa treatment ) then baru roaccutane i sebab dah normal regimes ( treatment berapa kali bagi antibiotics asyik relapse remit , and muntah jer sebab doxycycline tu tak ssesuai dgn gaya hidup saya masatu yg skip breakfast tak makan i pakai telan jer ) so mmg i request for roaccutane i express my fear juga sebab effect liver i know about it side effects semua saya discuss so doc tu hhehehe perlahan lahan increase my dosage ...sebab my sis pun cakap my wieght ni dia should bagi how many many miligrams - so i consult balik masa buat follow up -so okay jer lah in my case my acne shows good response sampai laaa ni no more severe acne as before alhamdulillah - 1-2 spots sebelum period tu ade ler that is tak palah ..remeh )
i mean i tataubila baca case you ni
a) u buat follow uop tak
b) you buat homework tak
c) you tahu tak apa you ambik or just "NAk test apa org kata which is for me amatlah kurang wise punya alasan sorry lah )
d) you have to inform your laa ni you tengok sapa pakat sakit puan? inform him/her

you ambil berapa lama dah buat liver check ups?

pada i jgn ambil ubat serious macam ni tapi tak der follow uop nak stop nak start ikut suka

Saya makan nie dgn specialist yer, & bkn ambik sbrg nak ambik...i follow up every month dgn my specialist...i x salah kan dia..sbb i know bukan semua ubat serasi dgn badan kita...& of course i guna otak bila i nak consume dgn ubat nie...i just citer my experience jer...so i know ubat nie mmg badan i x leh accept..tp alhamdullillah...now i'm getting better...jerawat dah x der...berat dah kurang....for me in balance in more important...if u ambik ubat mcm2 nie...but u x balancekan semua ada sekeliling u...contoh mcm pemakanan u, stress u, family & ur frens, u akan dpt result mcm tue jugak..apa yg i cakap nie just from my experience...so please not so worries...& thanks for ur opinion...but apa yg u tanya i tue i dah buat lama dulu... |

dulu masa study, masa final year, sy buat hardware...so, sy selalu soldering...
so, asap2 tu kene muka...
muke sy biasa2 je, xder jerawat sgt...
pastu naik byk jerwata kecik2 halus2, merah2...
p klinik, doc bg antibiotik...sy muntah2...
die refer kat GH...
so, p sana...doc terus bg sy roacctane..cek darah semua...
sy x tau benda apa tu, sy setuju ajerlaa...
sy consume 20mg selang sehari tuk 6 bln...
pastu sy ada breast cyst 2 ketl 3cm..agak besar la...
sy p jumpa doc, bgtau die...sy tanya ini side effect ker, so, sy direfer pd pakar ginekologi kot....
sy dlm study tu, ada 2 pakar sy kene p....skin specialist ngn ginekologi...
bile pakai dlm 5 minggu, kulit dh licin... cuma tinggal scar ajer...
sy xleh kene panass....p kelas pakai payung....
tp bukan sepanjang masa dpt pakai payung, so muka jd burn...
side effect sy, selain cyst, muke burn n merah...pernah sekali muke n bibir bengkak...doc bg ubat allergy....darah semua normal.... sy tak naik berat....turun berat adala...maybe sbb sy mmg dh kurus....
sy diberi cleanser juga( x igt la nama)...
sy pakai 4 bln je...sbb sy tau sy bgantung pd roaccutane utk 6 bln je...so, sblm sy stop roaccutane, sy pakai cleanser sendiri...cetaphil....lepas aje treatment, sy taknak bdn sy terkejut tetiba xder supply vitamin A, saya amik vitamin centrum....die ada 2000IU vitamin A....
dlm masa treatment, doc x bg pakai mcm2...
so, pakai cleanser aje...
alhamdulillah, skrg dah almost 3 yrs....my skin still OK...breast cyst pun dh xder...
no more pimples... sejak dh dpt treatment ni, sy concern ttg cosmetics sy...
now, sy pakai minimum je...sy cuma pakai cetaphil, n sunblock safi balqis...
selang sehari sy pakai masker tepung susu....sy tak mekap....kalau pakai foundation pun, cuma pakai minerals...
Ada jerawat time period, sy tak tepek apa2,...biar die kering sendiri.... |

aku dulu ada masalah jerawat, teratment kat skin clinik, klinik pakar hosp. dia bagi ubat nie lah, treatment 6bulan. setuap bulan kena buat ujian kelestrol. makan ubat nie taklah gemuk cuma kolestrol akan naik, sekejap je pas teretment ok balik. kesan dia bibir akan kering, belialah lips ape entah untuk basahkan bibir tu kat pharmasi luar. kulit muka burn sikit, gelap. jangan garu, kalau garu muka cepat luka. ubat dia bulat, aku selalu tercekik bila makan. kea minum air banyaklah. 95% lepas teratment memang banyak berbezaan, yap orang mengandung x boleh ambil. lepas teratment tu kalau ada cikit cikit belilah dalicint-T ada kat parmasi. taruk sikit kat jerawat tu cepat kering.. janagn pakai sabun atau pencuci muka biasa pakai acne soap yang ada kat parmasi... |

saya mkn ubat ni lebih dr 6bulan.under skin f/up.effect dia slow gak pade saya...tapi pada masa yg sama,saya tuka pencuci muka yg healthy gak la,awak tahu sebamed? its work.pastu saya tuka cream muka,pakai seri aida product yg khas utk kulit jerawat..its work sgt2.byk membantu.and safi beauty cream yg kaler hijau.Alhamdulillah.jerawat x singgah di muka.gud luck.
lepas sehat wajah ni...saya dh x mkn ubat tu,saya pun dah x pakai seri aida.saya maintain pakai safi and sabun sebamed saje.=) |

ok nice to know. saya tak leh komen safi or what . i pakai Eucerin , german product sebab it is more research oriented .... tapi you pakai what works for YOU BUT CAREFUL tak mau ada bahan ni - hydroquinone , pemutih or seangkatan dengannya , depa tu sangat ~abrasive. |
