if cam tu, i'd advise u to have a banana ke or some other fruit of ur choice. then 30mins after that u take ur bread. dah tak de vege, nak buat camana? but u know...u can always have some cut tomatoes, cucumber sprinkled with a lil salt (if u must) and pepper and make a sandwich. bawak from home la benda2 ni. |

act. x le susah nak ikut diet ni..cuma ttg minum tu yg susah sket..
cam saya selalu jer lupa nak minum 10 mins bfr heavy meal tu..then pas mkn tu rasa haus sgt..x tahan nak tunggu sampai 3 jam..x per ke yela klu saya x minum bfr mkn tp mmg saya minum 3 hours after? |

Hari selasa lepas try buat diet ni....
B/f = apple & lai
Lunch = Nasi & sayur campur (masak dlm microwave tanpa minyak)
Dinner = Ayam 2 ketul & salad
Tapi naper asyik ngantuk je seharian ek? Rasa lemah longlai plak hihi....Esok tu terus makan macam biasa hahaha...kembali bertenaga ![](static/image/smiley/default/tongue.gif)

usually dia kalau ngantuk, mesti air nye hal. i pernah dgr, awet muda nya petua is not to drink with meal or so soon after meal. tah la kesahihan nya.:hmm: |

yg lelain bleh ikut yela, tapi nak tunggu lepas 3jam ermmm...
