Mulai 2007, PT Dirgantara Produksi Cassa 212 Seri 400
JAKARTA--MIOL: PT Dirgantara Indonesia (DI) dipercaya memproduksi pesawat angkut ringan Cassa 212 seri 400 mulai 2007, setelah mendapat lisensi dari pihak Cassa Spanyol.
"Sudah ada kesepakatan antara PT DI dengan pihak Cassa Spanyol," kata Caretaker Dirut PT DI Mohammad Mochajan, usai penandatangan licence agreement PT DI dengan Cassa Spanyol di Arena Indo Defence Expo and Forum 2006 di Jakarta, Kamis.
Ia mengatakan, pada tahap awal PT DI akan mengerjakan pembuatan komponen 50 unit pesawat tersebut yang merupakan pesanan dari Brasil.
"Secara bertahap kita akan mengerjakan komponen, hingga ke depan kita bisa membuat kerangka pesawat. Menyusul penandatanganan ini, secara bertahap seluruh proses pembuatan pesawat dapat dilakukan di Indonesia," ujarnya.
Menurut dia, pangsa pasar untuk jenis pesawat tersebut cukup prospektif terutama negara-negara yang memiliki topografi sama dengan Indonesia, seperti Vietnam, Afrika dan Thailand.
"Jadi, kita tidak perlu khawatir produksi pesawat dengan kapasitas tempat duduk 19-20 yang kita hasilkan tidak mendapat pasar," kata Mochajan.
Sebelumnya, PT DI dan Cassa Spanyol telah bekerja sama untuk memproduksi pesawat serupa seri 200. "Artinya, dengan lisensi ini varian yang sudah diproduksi PT DI bertambah," katanya.
Heli terbaik dunia
Sementara itu PT DI bekerja sama dengan industri helikopter sipil dan non militer (parapublic), Eurocopter, untuk memasarkan produk helikopter terbaik di dunia.
"Kerja sama ini direncanakan untuk lebih dari sekadar proses industri dan pemasaran bersama untuk seluruh produk Eurocopter bagi semua 'entity' di Indonesia," kata Presiden Direktur PT DI, M Mochajan, di Jakarta, Kamis.
Kedua rekanan, yaitu PT DI dan Eurocopter menandatangi perjanjian kerangka kerja sama pada saat penyelenggaraan Pameran Indodefence 2006 di Jakarta.
Executive Vice President dari Eurocopter Costumer Department, Philippe Harache mengatakan, kerja sama antara PT DI dan Eurocopter sebenarnya telah berlangsung sejak tiga dekade terakhir.
"Di luar aset industri, PT DI menawarkan kepada kami jaringan yang kuat di pasar Indonesia, infrastruktur yang mapan, dan pengetahuan yang kuat atas perkembangan pasar," kata Harache.
Dengan perjanjian kerja sama itu, PTDI mendapatkan manfaat dari portofolio produk-produk unggulan dari Eurocopter sebagai salah satu perusahaan helikopter sipil dan non militer terbaik.
Selain itu, Eurocopter juga menawarkan penggunaan fasilitas produksi dan layanan yang optimal.
Kedua rekanan itu akan bersinergi untuk memenuhi program penyediaan barang yang akan datang, seperti tender kepolisian untuk helikopter ukuran sedang, pelatihan Angkatan Laut (AL), helikopter transportasi, dan peralatan perang anti kapal selam, seperti helikopter SAR.
Sementara itu, skema hubungan industri tersebut akan dijelaskan lebih lanjut sesuai dengan arahan pemerintah Indonesia.
Oleh karena itu, kata dia, persentase komponen lokal PT DI akan mengikuti besar helikopter yang dibutu*kan oleh pemerintah Indonesia. (Ant/OL-02)
