Ini post saya yg pertama. Saya pon ade psoriasis dah lama jugak. Saya dah makan antibiotik. Hilang dan datang lagi. Baru semalam jumpa pharmacy dan recommend shampoo Sebitar (RM30.70) dan ubat sapu Cloderm(23.90). Dan juga pharmacist nasihat makan Omega 3. Lalu check dan ini yang saya jumpa.

saya pun menghidap ekzema gak......mmg ler ekzema ni takleh hilang sepenuhnya......sampai saya terpaksa depends pada pil yg doktor bagi...tapi tu lah...bila mkn pil doktor badan saya jadi naik bagai di pam pam...mungkin kesan steroid tu kot...so skg saya cuba amalkan mkn produk keluaran dcl....NuAge...bidadari dan sapu nigella oil(habatussauda)///alhamdulillah keadaan terkawal dan yg penting saya tak perlu depends pada steroid......

for those of u yg psoriasis nyer x kritikal..... bole guna pure petroleum jelly a.k.a. vaseline.....

my hubby ada psoriasis gak... tapi alhamdullilah, x teruk....

for scalp - dia guna daivonex lotion.... utk kulit, dia guna vaseline..... alhamdullilah..... ok....

cuci rambut guna shampoo ionil T / ionax T (tar based shampoo).....

ada sesiapa pernah cuba spirulina, untuk psiorasis sebab bapak saudara saya pernah cuba dan kesan nampak ok jugak
