Before going into details investigations, simple investigations, I think already suffice:
- tengok surat beranak/rekod kelahiran
- tengok gambar2 semasa dia kecil, lelaki kah dia?
- tengok rekod rekod sekolah dia.
If truly she is a he, I guess tak kan lah semasa kecil lagi, I mean zaman sekolah dia dah tranformed into a girl, mesti tak kan?  |

Kaka red, suara dia x brp besar tp boleh prasan bkn suara pompuan. Klu suara pompuan yg garau cam fafau tu kita boleh kenalkan. Bdn dia mmg besar stail jantan. Cuma ada tey.tek. Halkum xde uuuu. Berborak dgn dia dgn jarak dkt smlm, mmg xnampak halkum. Tp kan, rsnya sekali tgk dah bole agak dia bkn wanita tulen..! |

I am not aware of any treatment/vocal cord surgery that could changes the tone/the voice freq ...

i am not talking about surgical procedures actually, i am saying that this kind of individuals need to seek help from speech pathologist / therapist to somehow trained their voice to be lady like - and of course there are gender differences in terms of fundamental frequency in both sexes.
i guess thailand is making a lot of money in this industry. |

. Sex surgery + ambil hormon berkala memang boleh maintain ciri ciri fake itu. Cuma part SUARA tu saya tak sure, camana, boleh ubah ke tidak?
