...eerrr...actually...there are 4 main groups of gender in the english language....

...however...'bird cage' and 'table' are non-living objects and they do not have sex or life...so...they belong to the Neuter Gender....

past perfect (ada dua komponen)= verb to be ( had ) + past participle..
                                               =           had           +    eaten
