try to eat clean. I try that and workable. I pun zumba but 1 x per week je..banyak jalan. jgn minum manis..amalkan green tea everyday

So far for me just try clean eating + paleo. Tak la strict sangat. Gula of cos kalau boleh kasi nada .... nol ... kosong. Dalam 5 bulan turun 12 kilo.

nak tanya nak cut gula tu means gula dlm air ke or seme benda yg ada unsur gula?

Stop air manis. Ni important!! Cuba tengok label bila beli barang. Mesti terkedu. Sebab kalau sugar dah 20g maknanya 20/4 dalam tu dah ada 5 sudu teh  gula. Even pokka greeb tea yg tak bape manis tu. Huhuhu mesti anjat.

Buah terpulang la. Ada orang mesti nak makan buah, ada tak kisah kalau takde. Like i said tak strict. Nak makan buah makan jer tapi jangan la sampai satu mangkuk ko telan.

Nasi boleh makan tapi jgn makan banyak2. Roti kalau boleh jangan makan. Kalau makan badan macam kena pam pastu makan satu mesti nak dua n tiga n empat. Gula banyak wor nanti macam kecanduan.

Baik makan nasi banyak2 dari makan roti. Kalau boleh lah stop makan roti. Me pun sukerrrrr makan roti.

stop carbo and sugar. tu je uolll.  kalo teringin minum manis uoll boleh beli stevia. yang tu tak apa.

Cara I pada awal nak start turut berat badan, bykkan minum air kosong. Sediakan botol besar mcm 1.5 L tu. Pastikan kena hbs kan air tu dan kena repeat 3x sehari. Lama2 keinginan nak minum manis berkurang dgn sendirinya. Then, baru kurang kan nasi or carb dari semasa ke semasa. Exercise jgn lupa. Sbb I mmg gemuk, awal2 dulu just jalan je. Dah lama sikit baru jog dan skrg boleh run sikit. Kalau xde masa kat luar, buat power walk by Leslie or any other circuit training kat youtube. Itu pun membantu. Yang penting badan nak sihat bukan utk kurus je.

Houyeahh.. i mmg eat clean & i mmg mkn nasi!!! I use basmathi rice or brown rice.. i take oat and fruits  & yogurt for breakfast..

Side effect i can see after 4 months.. body makin slim senang nak control berat.. i can jump higher tak penat masa workout... recover muscle cepat & rambut makin lebattttt.. kulit pun sgt2 improve takde breakouts...

boleh makan roti..certain roti je boleh makan. mcm whole grain. I suka makan gardenia  canadian purple wheat tu. jgn makan roti putih biasa tu

Yes. Me rasa eat clean paling senang. Tak macan diet. Cos kita can eat most of the stuffs. Cuma kena ingat meati makan sayur with every meals. Air jangan lupa. Nak best minum air putih perah 1 biji limau nipis. Minum teh pun letak limau nipis. Sedappppp. Lama lama bila minum air manis macam nak muntah sebab terlalu manis.
