Mau sakit jari nk mguli.....baik aku beli yg segera....lebih bersih dari kdai mamak....

Aku pernah tgok mcik aku buat....mcm tu lah....tarik kat dulang besar....dari mlm dah mguli....pepagi esoknya canai atas dulang besar...nk tebar tak reti....dlm hati aku kata knp lah nk nyusahkn diri...kedai mkn ada je jual...tapi pangai pcik aku nk bini gak masak...tak suka mkn luar...org dolu dolu kannnn

ini style buat roti canai orang melayu dulu2.  Awal 70an, selalu nampak arwah nenek atau makcik  buat  sebelah malam, dan simpan doh bawah tudung saji untuk dimasak esok pagi.   

Cuma minyak letak  sikit je  dalam  bekas menyimpan supaya doh  bulat2 tak melekat.   Sebelum simpan  semalaman golek2 kan  dulu doh bulat  dibekas menyimpan sampai semua permukaan dohbersalut minyak.    Minyak yang sikit tu juga nanti guna untuk  renjis di kuali leper  masa masak.

Kannn.....masa aku kekecik dulupun ni la cara mak & nenek aku buat roti canai sdiri. Takde beli mcm skrg....myk pun tak byk menakung.
