Dorang meninggal sebab simpan lama mee tu ke atau sb tindak balas kimia dr tepung jagung tu? Pastu asid tu dari mana? Dr freezer ka? Tak faham

Bongkrek acid (also known as bongkrekic acid[1]) is a respiratory toxin produced in fermented coconut contaminated by the bacterium Burkholderia gladioli pathovar cocovenenans.[2][3] it has been implicated in deaths resulting from eating the coconut-based product known as tempe bongkrèk, which is banned in Indonesia.[4] It was also responsible for 75 deaths and over 200 hospitalizations due to contaminated beer in a Mozambique funeral.[5]

So bukan dr freezer kan? Most probably dr tepung atau bahan lain yg mencurah ke dalam mee tu

Tahniah uol sbb baca n fham artikel  mee tu jd racun dr awal lg. Bkn sbb dah stahun dlm freezer. Blh jd msa proses buat, peram trlalu lama atau trdedah pd kktoran yg mmbiakkn bakteria. Atau mgkin jg freezer tu rosak/xde letrik dlm jgka msa pnjng mnybabkn mi tu rosak tnpa disedari. Msa dorng masak, dorng xkn prasan mi tu rosak sbb mi tu dah mmg pelik baunya wlaupun msih elok. Sbb tu ada tulis budk2 xsuka mkn sbb bau dia. Benda yg diperam sllu mmg ada bau yg xsedap. Cth buat pekasam or donut. Donut pun klau peram lama ckt tepung tu dah bau kuat yis. Mmg xsdap.

Cara pnyimpanan yg elok klau brtahun pun dlm freezer mmg susah nk rosak cuma kta je la slera ke tak nk mkn. Klau xtau mgkin kta mkn. Klau kta tau, cnfirm xlalu nk mkn mknan yg dah brtahun disimpan.

Jd kmatian dorng bkn sbb mknan lama di freezer tp sbb mi tu mmg dah rosak sbb trcemar.

Babgkem yakin ramai yang tak tahu imported frozen food korang tu pon ada yang ambil masa berbulan bulan dari negara asal untuk sampai ke pasaraya di malaysia

Segala sesuatu perbuatan mestilah kena ada ilmu. Nak buat frozen food pun kena ada ilmu jugak, bukan semua boleh letak dalam freezer. Iols kalau masak, memang akan ada portion utk disimpan di dalam freezer. Utk dipanaskan bila hari busy tak sempat masak. Max 3 bulan lah, biasanya  takkan lebih dari itu.

Aku suka tgk video liziqi ke sape ntah nama amoi prc tu.tp bangsa derang  mmg dh biasa peram memeram ni kan.jepun,korea serumpum time musim sejuk kluokn mknan yg derang preserved berbulan2.ntah2 dh biasa simpan bertahun2 kot.tp kali ni dh nk kena..aku pnh simpan.cooking chocalate kt dlm.chiller bertahun2 syg nk buang bg monyet..derang kokak jeling kat aku ha ha..bwk berat2 coklat tu kot..aleh2 pahit..dia pon tau mknanan dh expired.tp klu aku g kuala selangor bg biskut raya dh xpired pon helok je derang mkn

Mak aku pun sama kalu ada belen2 ikan ke ayam xhabis masak beria la simpan sampai bertahun2..sudahnya aku tukang campak ke tong sampah

klau ikutkn reheat mkanan yg xhbis smlman pun dah xelok utk dimakan the nxt day. inikn pula reheat mkanan yg dh disimpan setahun. unless makanan tu blum dimsak mcm dging ke ok la skit nk simpan lama2 dlm peti sejuk beku  

bdk2 yg tselamat tu mkn sikit dah rsa xsdap kt  tekak mcm mna anggota family yg lain bleh telan mkn tnpa rsa pelik

Kan ....aku pun kalau buat frozen..asingkan dlm bekas kecik..utk sekali makan...biasanya utk digunakan dlm tmpoh 2 minggu..idak la berbulan..tp kakau dah reheat..simpan balik..pastu reheat lagi..may be merosakkan makanan tu la kot

Aku jns xsimpan..sbb peti bsepah aku jgk kn kemas..dulu2 jns boros gak beli apa2..skrg aku beli baik ngam2..klu xcukup sikit pun rsnya lg baik..sbb selalu ada je pun makanan lain.. Perangai je.. Mee atau yg sejenis dgnnya mmg byk kes keracunan kan...elokla kita beringat pasal ni.

Memang mak-mak di mesia ni paten xabis nk simpan dlm peti ais. Kalau yang elok boleh lagi terima. Ni jenis makan gagau ikan dalam gulai dah tu gigih nk nyimpan pulak dalam peti ais.

End up aku memang beli makan di luar je la.
