ni lagi satu tips:
siapa yang suka minum canned drinks kalau boleh korang kurangkan.ni canned drinks dia punya sugar content very high.
me one tin a month...kadang2 tak minum terus.
me favourite ayer tahu.......itu pun kalau minum tarok less sugar...

kalo nak check kencing manis......

malam ko kencing,ko  jangan flush toilet bowl....kalau besok pagi tak ada

semut makna ok....

tapi kalo ada banyak semut,,ko better check ko punya sweet urine....

Chic sekarang dah mula rasa sengal2 sini sana. Lutut sebelah kanan pun selalu jugak stiff. Macam mana ni? I feel soooo tuaaaaaaaa.....

smlm sc punya kaki dah stiff gara2 kena simpul biawak hari selasa mlm, aduh punyalah sakit kat betis & urat tegang.

sc nak tanya u all pasal gaya hidup sihat ni, kita ni disuruh makan seimbang & also exercise, tapi adekala hairan juga yg org2 ke slimming centres tu mcm mana pulak? from my understanding, the beauticians will ask them go for body wrap & other things mcm buangkan lemak & sbgainya, tapi kalo tak buat body wrap & lain2 kan, lemak akan datang balik juga:hmm:
ni tadi during lunch time dok terpk2 kat dlm otak smbil tengok majalah wanita hehe:bgrin:

memang kick dia punya soup kambing,tapi jalan dari kallang mrt ada sikit

Who says you can't exercise in kebaya?
THE latest exercise routine to hit town goes by the intriguing name of kebaya-robics.

The kebaya is a traditional Malay outfit.




The 20-minute workout has been designed to show that how one dresses is no barrier to exercise. It comprises quick arm and leg movements up, down and sideways, adapted from the Malay dance joget.

The routine is the brainchild of Madam Kartini Abdul Rahman, 50, a housewife and leader of the all-women Simei Brisk Walking Group. She said: 'I got the idea because many Malay women are overweight and they tell me they're too shy to exercise because T-shirts tend to cling to their body. This way, they can exercise in a loose kebaya or baju kurong.'

Yesterday, more than 2,000 people turned up at Delta Sports Complex in Tiong Bahru to perform the exercises, which were introduced at a Family Healthy Lifestyle Fiesta. While the majority were in T-shirts, several hundreds were dressed in colourful, loose kebayas.

It was organised by the Health Promotion Board; women volunteer group Merak, newspapers Berita Harian/Berita Minggu, the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore and self-help organisation Yayasan Mendaki.
