apa pendapat u pasal olive oil.. skg pun ramai consume olive oil utk kesihatan
olive oil kalau bahasa scientific depa panggil Olea europaea. Banyak kegunaanya, cuma untuk consume hari hari tu sy x pasti. Sis kena tanya dr. Adakala pengambilan yg berlebihan atau mungkin kurang sesuai. Boleh jugak timbulkan masalah lain.. so ikut reaction body kita. So kena rujuk ur doctor adakah perlu hari hari atau sebaliknya. |

Akak start ambil minyak ikan balik dalam tiga bulan ni. Setahun ni sangat mudah lupa..

Akak consume ni aje. 240mg saja sebab kitorng banyak makan ikan salmon, siakap, tenggiri dll. Harapnya cukup la. Akak makan 2 biji sehari saja. Dalam seminggu ni buat sodoku dah laju sikit. Nampak la bezanya sikit. Kena maintain saja.. |

cod liver ni ada vitamin A, function lebih kurang sama.. tp klu ambil ni memadai la... banyak sgt consume pulak. . apa apa rujuk farmasi berdekatan or tanya je doktor yg u jumpa |

Gitu la pemantauan akak terhadap diri sendiri. Hari mcm lembab sikit. La ni otak tu mcm cergas dari awal tahun hari tu. Cergas kategori akak la.. Bukan kategori org lain tau. Susah nak explain tp am happy and feel better of myself. Except for the panic attack recently. Huhuhu |

cod liver oil ini ada research yang serious yang membuktikan kebaikannya, dan seperately, omega-3 itupun. saya sendiri menggunakan nya untuk keluarga, dan kami ambil sehiji sehari. saya ambil yg Cod Liver Oil + Omega-3 + Multivitamins; jika nak makan ikan untuk dapatkan fish oil sebanyak itu, byk sgt pulak ikan yg perlu dimakan dan rasanya mahal la pulak.

My dad mmg ambik ni after he was diagnosed ada masalah jantung, sblm dia buat bypass (my uncle la bg). That was like 5-6 years ago. Now my mum pun ambik. Depa ambik this one.
Den 2 years back ambik krill oil. Now x sure nk ambik krill ke omega ni ha.

i sejak makan ni i feel mata i better. selalu bfr ni asyik rasa mcm ada habuk... now feel so clear and skin x kering... somehow ada kata krill is better... am not sure tho . but definitely both ada role yg berguna |

My daily intake.
Actually Cod liver Oil tu recommended 3 times a day tp akak ambil sekali dua biji sehari saja sekarang. First two bottles je akak ambil ikut recommended intake.
Tp mcm yg physician akak pesan.. Kalau ambil supplements, drink more water.. Kan Ipes? |

ok ok now i dah keliru, patut atau tak patut sebenarnya kita ambik supplement? i tanya my Dr, dia ckp tak perlu.. of cuz lah Dr mana boleh suggest supplement kan..
i ni ada chronic illness nak sangat ambil supplement, i ada juga beli omega 3 semua ni, tapi i tak sure bagus utk badan ke tak...
