Me not think like that gan, me think MBB only Malaysia will buy this time. Too many loses aready with hawk. No good...no good reputasyen. MBB is good rapo. Buy 12 > 20 years ago. 7 still flying, only 2 crash that i know, the rest maybe airframe fatique or cannibalised. After all, no money to buy xpensif one like hawk, better hav cheap cheap one with many many can buy. With also MRCA in the paip punya line, we cant aford to hav many type now. Best buy, cheap buy, good bargain...is must the MBB.

Ok dokay. V wet n c. I sure one v buy lot MBB. I like.... Can use also to shoot ground soldier n tanks, nice also to shoot enemy heli. If put harpoon or exocet also very the good one to shoot enemy ship. somore vely2 the good price one, vellu for mani... somore italiano like malaizie, agusta aready got assemble mill on Bertam wth deftec, hope MBB also make mill here to make de CD. (not pirated one aaa...)

harpoon or exocet ??? i thk MB 339 cant shoot tis but i cant 100% confirm...as i know it able to shoot some AGM, rocket, bomb and dumb bomb...most likely act as a small attacker/bomber

Pesawat LAtihan Baru TUDM
Berita terbaru...
TPM baru announce from London. Malaysia akan membeli 2 friget baru baru BAe Systems dan tambahan 8 buah pesawat latihan Aermacchi Spa dari Itali dibawah RM9.
Detail specification tak keluar lagi untuk friget2 tu tapi keupayaannya akan lebih canggih dari Kelas Lekiu. Ia akan dibina di Labuan. Mungkin BAe Systems terlibat dalam ship design dan integrasi sistem. Pembiayaan adalah melalui cara pembiayaan swasta.

Akhirnya berita yang ditunggu-tunggu. Setuju 100% dengan cadangan frigates tu diatas sebab-sebab commonlity tapi apasal lak Minachi yang jadi pilihan, dah tu 8 biji aje??? Mana cukup untuk ganti attrition Hawk yang dah jatuh. 10 biji yang lama tu dah write off/gantung perkhidmatan from service kan??? |

aku rasa macchi tambah dulu supaya lebih banyak kemudahan untuk ab initio jet training...jadi tak ler teruk sangat hawk kena belasah utk tugas yang tak begitu sesuai dengannya sebagai advance jet trainer..lepas baru tambah jeni AJT kut.. |

Alhamdullillah.......hopefully the latest batch of FRIGATES would be better armed than teh LEKIU in terms of Air Defence Weaponary. Harap harap the SEAWOLF PDS would be replaced by system like ASTER which have longer range. And not just 16 of them....atleast 32...per ship.
Pasal MACCHI tu lak....for me its a good choice BUT I think there are BETTER choices out there (other than HAWK!!). But looking at totality, I would understand why MACCHI is being considered.
Tapi kalau yer pun....why only 8????? |

OK la MACCHI tu... takde dengar plak berduyun-duyun terhempas. Training aircraft mesti kena yang reliable. Takde la membuang duit and potential pilots. Dah lagi dulu lagi TUDM macam prefer jet tu. Siap sanggup nak beli yang 2nd hand. |

oh ya...trainer MB-339CD dari itali yg kita nak beli tu memang bagus ke? At least dapat jugak ringankan beban ke atas Hawk yg dok kena lenjan utk patron dan trainer duties. |

MACCHI tu dari segi technology nyer memang OK....tak jadi masaallah utk jadi pesawat latihan.
But for me......pesawat latihan kiter nie should also be GOOD enough to be the second liner air defence aircraft. Sincerely, I do not know how good is MACCHI to fulfill this reqs.

All training aircraft fulfills the training envelop laa... if not it wouldn't be designated a training aircraft... but the quality of the pilots depends on the training regime set out... pilot otai kita banyak yg agresif giler bawak aircraft berbanding pilot baru kita... hence the lousy performance of our MiGs and surprisingly good performance of our Hawks... tapi of course a pilot can only do so much... the hardware also must be up to date... but for training purposes it's sufficient... only kena kira life cycle costing nak maintain kapal jerr... |
