Anyways, kenapa obesiti boleh meningkatkan faktor risiko darah tinggi (d/t)? X sume orang "heavy" ada d/t dan orang yang ader d/t pun bukan sumenye heavy tak? C'ne, nk terangkan ek?
Lagik satu, c'ne caranya ubat turunkan/control cholesterol tu bekerja?

kay houseofhealin..<pjg benor name kome  > mcm neh....bout ur question pasal obesity bley tingkatkan risk nk dapat high bp...its actually like this, bile dah obese, kite akan force our heart to work more...tis will lead to heart prob n also indirectly menyebabkan tekanan darah jadi lebih tinggi...mmg btul u kate ade jek obese people yg takde prob...n also ade jek org yg kurus neh bley dapat high bp..cz, da factors are not just one..byk faktor laen...genetic, pemakanan, stress n mcm2 lagi...
n pasal ubat control cholesterol tuh, ade byk jenis ubat...depends la ubat ape yg doktor bagi...some of da drugs bein used utk patient high cholesterol neh adalah statins, bile acid sequestrants, nicotinic acids and fibric acids...n mostly, mechanisme ubat tuh adelah menurunkan kadar LDL level dalam bdn...<LDL tuh adalah kolesterol yg tak bgs utk tubuh...kalo HDL, kolesterol baek...n ubat2 neh jugak ade yg meningkatkan kadar HDL dlm darah...>

Pernah cuba gamat tu, tp ongkosnya waduh2.
Aku tak suka tol la nak makan pil2 ni, berketul2 nak telan berjalan kat kerongkong tu.
Aku dah startla makan oat, tp hehe baru je dua hari, pastu ni keje, tak sempat la plak nak buat. Cane kita nak test kolestrol tu tanpa nak gi doktor suh cucuk darah..ihhh.
Aku lum buat proper checkup kat doktor ingat nak minta dulu pandangan kat dr2 kat sini bertauliah ke tak kisahlaa. |

bende tuh bley bli kat farmasi...normally, mane2 famasi pn ade jual...harge depends brand la...ade yg rm100 lebih, n ade yg lagi mahal...bab2 harge neh tak sure sgt..hehehh..sori.... |
