Of course he have problems, he's human, like the rest of us.

The thing is if you're rich, you can help more people. Bill Gates is one of the most generous man on earth. He's helping more people than you and me combined, at this moment.

People said that human always want more. And they are right. However they conveniently forget that different people have different level of contntment.

I may selfishly do not want to get on Bill gates level, not because I can't, I just don't want to put effort up to that level.

Just become the average millionaire is quite ok...

p/s: 22 trillion circulating on earth. Yet there are no trillionaires yet.

Investing in property is great. Sure it's a bit long term thang but it's ok, nice and relaxing...

Get enough starting fund Wei Loon... and you'll get rich enough. starting salary for U.S. engineer is about 4k. UK i don't kow though.

All of us have problems regardless whether we are rich or poor. The moment we are born, we are born with problems.

Bill Gates is using his wealth to help people. That is the reason why he set up Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
He has retired and he is now concentrating on running his foundation.

You don't change BMW to Merc. BMW is a better car.

Of course you can achieve freedom and peace from financial freedom.

When you are financially sound, you will be at peace. No need to worry about your bills, credit cards, house loan, car loan etc. When this worry is not there, you are at peace.

When you have achieved financial freedom, youwill have the freedom. That is why it is called Financial FREEDOM.

The money is not the same. In investment, money works for you.
When you make money, nobody lose. You are buying at a lower price and sell at a higher price.
This is not gambling. In gambling when someone wins, someone got to lose.

look at the amount and the beneficial.. who win more?

the small player or the big player?

All will benefit when the market is good.

You may not rent it out at a profit. The house will then become a liability.

It is a good car to start with. Better than to buy a Proton.

If you are rich with financial freedom, you could buy cash without worrying about repayment.
Now you see the benefits of Financial freedom.

Financial freedom is not about money only. It is about quality of life.
You could provide security and comfort to your family. You could travel to places with your loved ones. You don't have to drive a Proton, you could drive a Vios. Isn't this everyone's dream?

No, I don't dream of driving a vios. It's an okay car. A bit overpriced after excise tax... a bit small... strange looking but it is a good car. should be 50k though.

Why the commotion about proton. they are upgrading their qualities, right?

This marque can't sell internationally as well as locally. They are still running at a lost. Perodua is now No.1 local car.

Warren Buffet makes his money from investment. He is one of the richest man in the world.
He has never invested in properties. He still stays in his same old house. So, his wealth is not tangible?
