klu tak makan nasi mmg boleh kurangkan berat badan. sbb nasi dlm golongan karbohidrat, dan kandungan kalori sgt tinggi. cuba bayangkan mkn nasi pastu mkn kari lagi, pergh, mmg kalori tinggi tak igt la.

tp mostly,for malays, mkn nasi ni mcm a must la hari2. klu nak mkn tu cuba kurangkanla. jgn la byk sgt. takat potion kecik je udahla.

diet ni sebenarnya memang perlukan kesabaran yang banyak..
kena kuat untuk hadapi cabaran
kalau ade hubby, suruh dia assist.
insyaallah..
paling penting, kuattttt semangattttttt!

tp since pkai braces ni makin kurus plak..
tp org nak diet kn jg pemakanan..
kurgkan makan yg goreng2 n rajin p senam..

makan je ape yg nk makan..tapi mestila seimbang.
kalo nak fit, excercise je...it is very rare to see young women jogging or excercising nowadays..

lebihkan sayuran dan buah2an...
cara masak seelok2nyer direbus...
kalau ayam ke ikan ke..dipanggang...
minum banyak air suam..
lebihkan exercise...

nak diet kene kuatkan smgt..cabaran byk menanti..yg penting jgn skip bfast..kalau bfast minum susu segelas ngan roti 1 keping dah kenyang..then lunch amik nasi sket lebihkan lauk..kena byk bsenam jugak..all the best to you juliet

kawan  kerja sorang tu.. dia berjaya kuruskan badan sebanyak lebih 15 kilo... dia tak makan nasi selama 4 bulan...

tips my dad, makan sket je..
boleh makan sumer jenis makanan, but just take little portion jek..
cam kalo biasa makan nasi full cup, now half cup.. sayur lebih takpe coz its fiber..
guna pinggan kecik, jgn guna pinggan besar then after finish tak bleh tambah nasi..
kurangkan gula, drink more water..

yg pntg kezaman n kekuatan mental tuk diet ..kena prepare benda  nih byk2...ekeke....sbnyer mesti byk dugaan..pastu br lah stat mencr info2 kt tenet..cmner nk diet sc sihat tanpa perlu berlapar...yg pntg kiter tau byk maner kalori perlu tuk bdn kiter sehari spy kiter x terbabas..hehehe..

tak mkn nasi...that works for me too!!!last time (masa bujang,)i diet memang tak mkn nasi...tp kdg2 after a week, mkn lah nasi sekali, sbb mcm teringin sgt...
i dah lama maintain ideal weight, tp lately (lps kawin_deliver baby)naik few kilos sbb tak de peluang(malas) nak exercise...so now dah start diet again...of course tak mkn nasi lah...mkn buah, sayur, sup, etc... + exercise sikit2 bila ada kesempatan.
kalau berjaya nanti i post lagi kat sini...
by the way, my height is 157 cm, current weight 58 kg, ingat nak turunkan about 5 kg, Insya Allah in 2 months hopefully berjaya....
