taman nusantara - low medium and low cost unit.. berbaloi gak beli kat sini.. tp skrg dah naik sket 105k utk double storey unit.. but still worth to buy... developer infra expert development sdn bdn.. |

aku nak cari uma RM150K kebawah je la yang mampu..,
kat PUlai utama area2 saner dgr citer murah jugak..
ader lagi tak uma kat saner..
kalau bleh nak uma baru.. |

Bro, stkt yg aku tau...area setia tropika tu pn nmpkleh tahan, tp area chinese la.
Tmn molek la ni blm boom lg. Tp tke not that akn dtg, diorang nk TEBUK jln dr tmn molek tu terus ke pusat bandar. Dia punye papan tanda tu ade kt simpang nk klua penderosa golf club tuh.
Aku ade survey area johor jaya. Situ pn ok gaks. Kira tgh2 dgn highway Psr gdg, dkt dgn carrefour-store-jusco-giant -tesco (pengganti makro). Masjid jamek pn aku tgk ari tu ade mat2 indon tgh buat building dia. |

Umah nie same model dengan umah bapak aku kat Taman Sri Skudai...memang nampak lusuh sket tapi value yang orang nie nak taruk ialah RM 140,000! Detail boleh rujuk kat sini
