Terkini dan terhangat di pasaran, ada sabun yg blh mengurangkan lemak dan menghilangkan selulit... Percaya atau tidak, ramai yg dah berjaya.. Kesan dlm masa sebulan je... tp kena rajin la..

biasanya akan berlaku sakit, sbb ur muscle nak adapt balik dgn kesesuaian kasut dan jogging activities ,make sure proper running shoe,,not imitation brand, jumpe doc, pun doc akan pg muscles relaxant ,, and suruh u rehat betul,, tak????,,, sakit tu mesti ada,kalu org yg baru start exersice lagi haru dibuatnye

dulu aku pun fening gak berat badan xleh kontrol..
skg x lagi !!!
mcmana? skg aku amalkan puasa isnin & khamis. kenkadang pukul habis isnin sampai khamis.
jumaat "selamat hari raya".

berat memang turun, badan rasa ringan, dulu kerap sakit kepala skg dah hilang, dulu blood prsure atas pagar skg pun dah ok.

msa kt kl dulu i penah wat weight trning gak...tp mcm i nmpk sasa lak..dah ler i jns broad shlder...so i decide concentrate cardio jer larrr...i put on weight larr....bole u suggest x exercise cmana nk hlgkan lelemak nih...tp i cuma ada trek jogging jer kt sni...aper cara efektif

stress gak biler pk tatau nk wat cmana nk slim dwn blk...dulu msa aktif arobik...lantak la bdn naik skit...naik jer...all out abis2...pegi kelas lg kerap...
