my father ada hypertension umur saya la ni 33 so bubuh garam mak bubuh boleh kire dalam cubitlaa , even laksa my mom jarang bubuh , i mean tak terasa garam lah so lidah kita org mmg tak pernah makan garam yg berkandaq tu laa so sebab tu kalau ada ayam berempah goreng i pun dah terkena dengan kafe yg sama i dapat throbbing headache laster for 5 hours so serik
ikan tilapia dia pun ( ye ke tilapia i hentam je ni ikan pun tatau nama apa tapi freshwater tu i think ikannya) i hentam sekali dapat jugak throbbing headache so kan
mmg listkan benda tak leh makan kat kafe tu
la ni buboq nasi soup dia tu .... |

masalahnya sesetengah orang taste buds dia dah adapted dgn kandungan garam yg sedia ada.. so kena up kan jumlah garam yg di ambil tu.. |

iols speku masalahnya ialah TT takleh tolerate dgn kandungan garam dan MSG kat kedai2 makan kat luar, jadi TT menyeru semua tukang masak restoren di luar sana supaya masak tanpa garam dan MSg seperti taste TT.. jangan marah doc, gurau je.. |

mak sya mmg tak biasakan kitorang pakai ajinomoto ni.. msg tu ajinomoto la kan.. haha.. so bile kitorang mkn kat luar je, bile sampai umah asek dahaga je, tu terus menyalahkan masakan tu letak ajinomoto.. automatik.. hehe.. |

rumah aku memang tade aji lansung..melainkan megi dengan sos cili...nak sambal pun aku buat sendiri...tade beli cili giling kat luar..
walaupun aku tak rasa pun pening..tapi aku dah dibesarkan dengan masakan tanpa aji. |

kemudaratannya ialah bagi sesetengah individu yg develop MSG intolerance / sensitive to MSG ler macam saya kot asyik 'terkena' jer .
ada pening kepala, ada yg kena degupan jantung yg tidak normal etc etc setelah makan makanan yg dibubuh MSG ( mesti banyaklah ni )

nak tanya la kan.. yg menyebabkan hypertension atau kencing manis tu ialah kepekatan garam/gula ke, atau volume garam/gula yg di ambil?
contoh, mana yg menyebabkan diabetes,
a) minum secawan kopi manis (mengandungi 2 sudu gula)
atau
b) minum se-teko kopi tawar (pun sama mengandungi 2 sudu gula)? |
