yep... baik jangan makan sembarangan.. lagi2 kalau produk xda kelulusan. baik exercise ja. set lah joging at least 30 minit 1 hari. buat sit up untuk kempiskan perut. sbb masih lama, so masih sempat. kena rajin.

main badminton pon bole kuruskan badan... lompat sane sini, x pon kejar anak jiran... siyes ni...

emm senang kate kena rajin exercise, jage makan... sekian

i believe it. sbb mrs pon diet kurangkn makan nasi dan cuba kunyah byk kali setiap suapan tu.
smpi sekarang mmg perut dah biasa makan nasi sikit.
kalo comsume produk2 kurus ni mgkn akan turun byk kg, tp utk maintain kurus tuuuuu tanpa jaga pemakanan.....

nak cepat sangat buat Atkins Diet
or buat IF -Intermittent Fasting macam ala2 berpuasa..

best weightloss is by exercising.. no such thing as malas nak exercise and no excuse.. kena ada willpower untuk workout walaupun brisk walk ke.. start slowly.. pasti boleh turun punye.. n jgn diet kaw2.. kena ambik healthy food and exercise ye..

apa guna kurus tp kulit kusam tak bermaya..

kurus tp tak cantik..

you kan nak kahwin,mmg elok senam,boleh tambah stamina..

org dh kahwin byk nak pakai tenaga tau..

bila badan you cergas,kulit you pun sihat and glow..tak suka ke?

byk lg masa utk you bersenam,klu you consistent 2 minggu you dh boleh dpt perubahan..

celebrities tu senam jugak,lg massive dorang punya program..

dan lg,takkan mlm pertama you nk bg husband nmpk body you kudut tak lawa kan?mesti la nak impressed husband,bukan takat nak cantik pakai baju pengantin je..
