yep... baik jangan makan sembarangan.. lagi2 kalau produk xda kelulusan. baik exercise ja. set lah joging at least 30 minit 1 hari. buat sit up untuk kempiskan perut. sbb masih lama, so masih sempat. kena rajin. |
