Dan lagi satu, budak2 grad ramai buta pengetahuan am. Kalau ada segelintir yg ambil tau pun, benda2 ...
Pengetahuan am derg
kian improving juga
Sbb walaupun
Mereka terpaksa mentelaah
Dgn buku yg tebal2
Lab
Paperwork
Exam dan mcm2 tugadan yg lain...
Zaman kini
Tidak seperti zaman dulu
Mereka ada gajet
Yg mbantu mereka melihat dunia
Dgn lebih luas.
Lebih luas dr generasi dahulu...
Mungkin sis x bernasib baik
Bersua dgn siswazah
Yg kurang xpose diri
Dgn dunia luar...
Sis interview mereka ni hmmm
Biasanya student ipta mne yg
Agak2 caccoon dunia mereka ye?

adakah semua company di malaysia menawarkan gaji (untuk fresh grads) starting rm3000?
Tp sis
Mungkin gomen kena buat dasar
Minimum gaji utk siswazah
Dinaikkan
Kpd yg setimpal
dgn level ijazah mereka
Rm4000 sebagai contoh
Tambahkan syarat...
Kena bonded at least
5 tahun dgn syarikat tersebut
Or else
Bayar ke company tersebut....
Sekarang ni...
Mana2 company yg offer tinggi...
Siswazah2 yg creapy of crop
Dah pulun dulu
Top 1% of percentile..
Abistu.... yg lg 99% tu...
Apakah nk dibiarkan
Tidak terbela...
Ibarat mengemis
Sungguhpun telah gigih
Berhempas lelah
Di menara gading....

Bukan tak leh komplen dia orang punya Ijazah Sarjana Muda Undang Undang tak diiktiraf bai.... Boleh..... Tapi kena ingat yang tak iktiraf tu bukan gomen tetapi LPQB (Lembaga Kelayakan Profession Guaman) yang berkewajipan untuk menjaga kualiti (yakni mutu) peguam. At least (yakni sekurang kurangnya), LPQB telah membenarkan pemegang Ijazah sarjana muda undang undang Unisza untuk mengambil peperiksan CLP. Pemegang Ijazah undang undang Universiti Sains Islam kalu, nak ambik CLP pon tak layak... Padahal Unisza dengan Usim ni sama jer standard graduan dia. Mungkin kerajaan dah pressure (yakni memberi tekanan) kepada LPQB sehinggakan LPQB membenerkan graduan Unisza mengambil CLP (sebab nak tolong budak melayu yang sebenernya tak layak pon masuk universiti in the first place), untuk menjadi peguam.
Macamana LPQB nak iktiraf bai, ini hah contoh jawapan exam (yakni peperiksaan) law student (yakni penuntut undang undang) USIM. Mungkin bai kagum lah....tapi ahli ahli LPQB sakit perut kerana gelak membacanya. Kerja gomen boleh lah bai e.g. Jadi pegawai tenggi undang undang di JAKIM ka atau JAIS ka (sebab gomen dah iktiraf). Tapi nak jadi peguam kalu, tengok cirimin lah dulu.......
Wallahualam.

Press Release: Exercise Caution When Selecting Law Programme to Pursue | | | |
Friday, 19 July 2013 08:10am | This item has been revised since initial publication.
The Malaysian Bar reminds students who intend to pursue a law degree locally to conduct due diligence when selecting a law programme to undertake, as some educational institutions offer law programmes culminating in law degrees that are not recognised by the Legal Profession Qualifying Board (“LPQB”).
LPQB is the body tasked to prescribe the qualifications that would entitle an individual to become a “qualified person” within the meaning of the Legal Profession Act 1976, for the purpose of admission as an advocate and solicitor in Malaysia. As such, only graduates with law degrees that are recognised by LPQB will be able to enter the legal profession in Malaysia. Details regarding the qualifications recognised for entry into the legal profession are available on the LPQB website, at
http://www.lpqb.org.my.
There are a number of educational institutions in Malaysia offering law programmes culminating in law degrees that are not recognised by LPQB. It is incumbent upon these institutions to disclose to their students, or to applicants, that upon graduation, they will not be permitted to practise law in the country. Such schools may be accredited with the Malaysian Qualifications Agency, but mere accreditation is not adequate to satisfy the applicable criteria, where entry into the legal profession is concerned. These institutions must still seek the approval of LPQB for their law programmes and degrees.
LPQB has informed Bar Council that the following higher education providers offer law programmes culminating in the following law degrees that are not recognised by LPQB:
(1) HELP University College: Bachelor of Laws (Hons);
(2) Management and Science University (“MSU”): Bachelor of Law and Commerce (Honours);
(3) Taylor’s University: Bachelor of Laws (Hons);
(4) Universiti Sains Islam Malaysian (“USIM”): Sarjana Muda Syariah dan Undang-Undang Dengan Kepujian / Bachelor of Syariah and Law with Honours; and
(5) Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (“UniSZA”): Sarjana Muda Undang-Undang Dengan Kepujian / Bachelor of Laws (Hons).

It is the responsibility of the educational institutions to inform and expressly bring to the attention of their students that the institutions’ law degrees are not recognised by LPQB, and it is incumbent upon the institutions to do this in writing.
Kindly note that some of the educational institutions above, in addition to offering law programmes that culminate in their own law degrees, also offer law programmes that culminate in law degrees conferred by foreign universities, which may be recognised by LPQB; for example, by way of twinning programmes. With respect to the latter, students are reminded to check with LPQB as to the status of recognition of such foreign law degrees.
The Malaysian Bar strongly urges all individuals who intend to pursue a law degree to verify with LPQB the status of the educational institution and law programme of their choice.
Christopher Leong
President
Malaysian Bar

semua company perlukan that system ...

Kalau camni lah standard law dekat universiti kita, tengok sendiri lah how it reflects on our students, taking this girl as the best example. Our education system needs to be revamped.
I have to say that you need to improve yourself, dik. Aku takleh bayangkan camne dianak justify points dia kalau tengah handle kes dengan cara dia camni.
Budak2 sekarang kena keluar dari hidup fairytale lah. It isnot easy to reach the pinnacle of success.

aku heran aaa ngan cite minah nih.... sbb adik aku skrg dah jd lawyer ni mewah gile kot.... basic mmg ciput la... tp per case.... seminggu leh dpt koman2 3k...
tp mmg busy la... pastu ptg ambik ade klas... wat master lg..... nak berjaya kena berkorban byk menda.....
yg penting doa org tua jugak.... keberkatan dlm hidup tuh..... utk fresh grad... dinasihatkan jgn kerja gj... kejar ilmu di alam pekerjaan tuh.... yg tu la bekal nak berdiri atas kaki sendiri... maksudnya takde la hidup makan gj ngan org...... mai la pemimpin mcm mana pun.....sblm nak ubah pemimpin... ubah diri kite dulu.....
ni ikut pengalaman sendiri... aku dulu keje mmg korbankan masa ngan kwn2... takde lepak....rehat ahad shj.....masuk kul 9... lps isyak baru balik... naik bus... kul 10 smp rumah..... aku guna kemudahan opis tu tuk bljr lps opis hour.... dah pandai blah la cari tmpt keje lain... nak demand pun no hal.....

Sokong sangat statement kau tu. Kalau kat social media eh kemain nak lepak tempat up aja, tak padan dengan gaji takat dua tiga ribu. Show off je memanjang asyik nak bersaing dengan kawan-kawan siapa paling hebat social status dia.
Selamat tinggal Wawasan 2020.

realitinya bukanlah setakat pemimpin yg menafikan hak rakyat bersuara/memohon simpati.
rupanya segelintir rakyat yg lain pon gigih menafikan hak sebahagian yg lain.
lepas tu pakat2 tanya
"napa kita masih ditahap nih?
takde sapa berani bersuara ke?".
