MRI brain orang tadi adalah seperti pics dibawah (dekatlah dgn kes sebenar, dan lagi byk darah; darah looks white in here). Dalam kes ini, tertusuk salah satu batang dari serumpun ros yg baru dicantas Isteri, melalui atas mata kiri (just above the eye globe); (pic yg saya letak bukanlah Husband). Dari beberapa cuts kat muka Husband, salah satu nya, diatas kelopak mata kiri. Walaupun ianya nampak macam cuts dan calar calar kerana muka tersembam dalam rumpun pokok, tetapi yg kat atas mata kiri Husband sebenarnya adalah entry wound batang rumpun ros sebenarnya. Sy cek cek, memang tak sangka itu sebenarnya entry point, nampak macam calar terguris biasa je..bos saya pon terkejut dan only percaya after looking at Husband's scans.
Setelah polis dapat info dari Isteri dan buat investigations, mereka merumuskan apa yg mungkin terjadi (after scrutinizing all cuts and bruises kat muka dan kesan tali kat wrist):
Apa yg terjadi ialah pada senja itu Anjing meluru cuba kejar something dan ini menyentak Husband, and he stumbled forward (sorry in English lagi mudah, quite difficult to translate into Malay and I'm in a big hurry, sorry). He then fell forward, face first into her wife's newly pruned rose bushes and one of the trunks penetrated his eye socket just above the left eye, missing the left eye globe my mere milimetres. His momentum caused the rose trunk to continue its entry and penetrated his orbital bones to enter the brain tissue all the way in (bones dalam eye socket ni memang nipis sgt). He then must have instinctly quickly pushed himself up, thus pulling his head off the penetrated rose stalk and stumbled home. Kitorang takleh nak operate apa pun sian dia, and he died 7 atau 10 hari after.
Stroke biasanya ada lumpuh one side of the body. SAH usually comes with thunderclad, major sudden headache..surviviors selalu kata macam org pukul dgn tukul tetiba.
