I dulu tak kisah sangat pasal mixer2 ni. Tapi bila selalu nak kena uli doh untuk buat roti yg datang semangat nak cari mesin canggih skit. Kebetulan hb pun tgh cari brg nak bg present kat I. Utk kebaikan dia dan anak2 jugak. Bukan org lain yg nak makan kan.....

Dry yeast tu senang ler I nak jumpa kat sini. Ada jual kat section baking kat US ...Long HEB ada jual, ha pi try buat roti, nanti I pun nak try jugak ler ...jangan roti I jadi batat sudah...ahhaha...malu I kat Plat...tapi tak pe, belajar slow2. Tak gitu.

Yeast tu memang bahan tetap utk buat roti or donut. Bread improver tu utk melembutkan roti. From my reading di board masak masak -- roti lebih cantik & gebus kalau kita letak bread improver. Kalau tak letak roti nampak tak mcm dkt kedai.

Betul apa yg Dar cakap tu. Yeast is a must ingredient untuk buat roti. Bread improver is optional. Tak taruk pun jadi jugak roti tu.

kalo ada kitchenaid baru seronok keje uli menguli ni... kat kuching takde kitchen aid tp ada kenwood, rege plak beribu. adoii..

tingat dulu, penah terseliuh tangan masa menguli doh utk buat roti putih.. nasib baik cik abe ade.. dia dulu penah keja kt confectionary factory so dia taula cemana proses menguli...

tangan lelaki kuat wooo... gebu sunggoh rotiku dibuatnya.....hahahahahaha...

dia uli tak lama.. 10 minit kut??? tapi u tau2 la kekuatan tangan jantan siap hempuk hempas tarik tolak bagai.... kalo kekuatan pompuan mcm kite ni mau 30 minit ke atas.. dia ada standard elasticity dia sendirii... dia tau cemana nak sukat.hahahaha...

kalo buat kek? hmm dia tak baper suke buat kek... kalo roti dia suka tengok orang buat.. mcm tulah dia timba pengalaman.. he was assistant production manager dulu.. so dia taula mana biskut sedap, mana roti gebu...

tapi i tanakla bebankan dia selalu.. dia ni salu jadi tukang rasa, i masak, pastu jerit2 panggil dia.. bila dia kata OK, approvedlah tu... tekenang masa dulu2 dia kt kilang, dpt beli biskut 2-3 kilo tu beringgit je. pastu boleh curi2 bawak tepung dan shortening balik umah..hahahahahahahha... **jahat

Tu pasal my hb suggest KitchenAid Mixer kat I. Kesian tgk I penat menguli. Dia tau memang berguna and it's a good investment kalau dia belikan I mixer tu.

Pernah a few times I minta tolong my hb ulikan dough sebab I tak larat dan tak kuat. Macam you cakap la, lelaki ni tenaga dia lagi kuat. Sekejap je dough tu dah kental....
