Petua yg simple ..

1. jangan makan berulam air..

2. kalau resdung, kurangkan makan ayam (top 1 nie..),  dan yg seafood , belacan semua tu lah..

3. jangan mandi di waktu maghrib..

4. jangan mandi mlm2...

5.bila mandi tu, start dari kaki dulu, pelan2 naik atas...

6. white is not good; roti, nasik, gula..use brown instead.  (err mat salleh tu pun sama lah ek...yg brown2 mcm kita asian nie beshh ...hihihi...ie: melanin or kulit tahan la..tak cepat kedut medut...)

7. murah senyum..boleh hilangkan stress, even di saat kesusahan, cubalah..insyaallah.

8. peluk anak sekurang2 nya 5 kali sehari..(lagi byk lagi bagus..)

9.  ikhlas dalam apa yg dibuat...tak payah kipas2 and tak payah harap org kipas lah.... (ie: bila masak memasak tu, sucikan niat, bukan nak tunjuk terer ke apa ke...nnt masakan pun akan turn out ok...insyaallah...)

ffkesian tengok org suka mengipas orang...tak lenguh ke tangan dia haa...??)

              Salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines actually prevent
arthritis.
              (fish has omega oils, good for our immune system)
               
              UPSET STOMACH?  BANANAS - GINGER!!!!!
              Bananas will settle an upset stomach.
              Ginger will cure morning sickness and nausea.

              BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!!
              High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

              BONE PROBLEMS? EAT PINEAPPLE!!!
              Bone fractures and osteoporosis can be prevented by the
manganese
              in pineapple.

              PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME? EAT CORNFLAKES!!!!
              Women can ward off the effects of PMS with cornflakes,
which help
              reduce depression, anxiety and fatigue.

              MEMORY PROBLEMS? EAT OYSTERS!  Oysters help improve your
mental functioning by supplying  much-needed zinc.

              COLDS? EAT GARLIC!

kaka ipar saya syorkan.. letak sudu kaca (sudu org lelama dulu, warna putih ader bunga) masa rebus daging... mmg lembut.. saya pulak terus msk sudu kaca masa msk kuah.. cth: msk lemak or asam pedas daging...

saya pun pernah cuba gak.. 2 minggu lebih... cili hidup (merah n hijau tu leh tahan.. n segar.. ader gak yg rosak tp satu dua jer... mcm x caya gak...

menakjubkan... biasanya klu simpan cili.. 2-3hari dah mula kecut or layu or kering... sejuk peti ais lain kannn...

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - A new study suggests that women who eat apples while pregnant may protect their child from developing asthma and related symptoms.

In the study, researchers from The Netherlands and Scotland led by S. M. Willers of Utrecht University tracked the diets of nearly 2,000 pregnant women and checked the lung health of 1,253 of their children.

At age 5 years, 162 children (12.9 percent) had a bout of wheezing in the past year and 145 (11.6 percent) had doctor-confirmed asthma.

Among a wide variety of foods eaten and recorded by the pregnant women, only apple consumption showed a consistent protective association with the occurrence of childhood wheeze and asthma, according to the team's report published in the medical journal Thorax. This is a novel finding, Willers and colleagues note.

The researchers found that children of moms who munched on more than 4 apples per week were 37 percent less likely to have a history of wheezing and 53 percent less likely to have doctor-confirmed asthma, compared to moms who ate one or no apples per week while pregnant.

The specific association found with apples, and not with the total amount of fruits eaten or with citrus, fruit juice or vegetable consumption, hints at an apple-specific effect, the researchers say, possible because of its phytochemical content, such as flavonoids, which have been shown to have beneficial effects on adult lung function.

The study also found that eating fish during pregnancy may curb the risk of the allergic skin condition eczema in offspring. Children of mothers who ate fish once per week or more while pregnant had a 43 percent lower risk of eczema compared to children whose mothers avoided fish altogether.

"If these results are confirmed," say the investigators, "recommendations on dietary modification during pregnancy may help to prevent childhood asthma and allergy."

Ni petua orang dulu-dulu..

1.  Untuk menjaga kesihatan/menyegarkan mata.
Bangun pagi-pagi ambil air embun dari pucuk bemban (pokok ni banyak
terdapat di kpg-kpg), tengoklah dulu bersih tak air tu kekadang ada
terdapat sampah halus. Tuangkan ke mata sambil pejam celikkan mata.
Kalau rajin lakukan setiap pagi.  

2.  Kalau beli kasut baru takut tumit melecet sebelum pakai sapukan
bawang kecil yg dibelah dua kat bahagian dlm tumit kasut atau pun
sapukan lilin.  InsyaAllah bila pakai tumit tak melecet.

3.  Air beras selain digunakan untuk mencuci muka boleh dijadikan baja
pokok bunga. Siramkan pokok bunga, mungkin tak dpt menyiram keseluruhan pokok bunga tapi kita boleh buat giliran hari ni 4 pasu esok 4 pasu lagi.. Air basuhan ikan juga elok tapi boleh mengundang semut.
