Koi ni nok ngat senaman beria-ria tapi kaki ni tak sihat lagi. Kala nk senaman pun naik beskal hak tak bergerak te tapi tak boleh lama2 sebab kala lama sakit bdenyut smula kaki ni. Badan pun semenjak sakit ni makin naik. Sebab te koi jaga makan sebab takut naik gila2. Buat je apa yang tdaya

Koi ni nok ngat senaman beria-ria tapi kaki ni tak sihat lagi. Kala nk senaman pun naik beskal hak tak bergerak te tapi tak boleh lama2 sebab kala lama sakit bdenyut smula kaki ni. Badan pun semen ...

Xcident urat putus pastu kena amik urat kat betis skru kat kaki. Last week masuk wad 6 ari sbb sakit sgt kaki. Pas ct scan, mri doc ckp ok tp skru ada lagi masih tak hancur. Pas mkn ubat ni tahan skit tak sakit sgt kala sblm tu nk bjalan pn sakit sgt2.

Xcident urat putus pastu kena amik urat kat betis skru kat kaki. Last week masuk wad 6 ari sbb sakit sgt kaki. Pas ct scan, mri doc ckp ok tp skru ada lagi masih tak hancur. Pas mkn ubat ni tahan  ...

kome dulu eksiden retak tulang kat pergelangan kaki ...4 bulan mc
skrg ni...kalau byk berjalan ...mmg masih terasa sakit

Kome urat kt buku lali yang putus. Doc ckp kala kt pergelangan kaki ni susah sikit nk siar sebab berat badan kita tumpu kt situ sebab te kena maintain body weight kala nk cepat siar. Tapi bila kaki sakit nk exercise tak boleh jd kena jaga mkn ler. Kome doakan kita sama2 siar cepat nanti boleh aerobik dgn ct
