I pun one family suka pulut.Especially my girl and husband.
Kalau beli pulut udang mesti beli sampai 15biji sekali gus.
Kadang2 kalau beli seri muka diaorang makan yg part pulut saja.Cream atas tu diaorang buang je. |

Mallan, sorry lambat balas....I busy betul this few weeks. Dengan keje, gardening and all others. Very hot in Austin...mengalahkan Malaysia. Dah dekat sebulan hujan tak turun.
To answer your question, tak Hiro tak letak Hollandaise sauce pasal maleh nak buat. Masa Hiro keje kat Hyatt kat Maryland few years ago, ada satu Executive Chef bagi resepi Hollandaise Sauce. Veryyyyyyyyyy good. Nanti ada masa Hiro bagi resepi, senang je buatnya tapi very tricky.
By the way kat kerja lama Hiro dapat free cooking class dengan Chef every Monday masa lunch break. Boss suka masak, so diapun buat program, masak bersama Chef. Tu yang Hiro tau ler sikit2 taktik western food. Yang syok dapat pakai Chef punya jacket ![](static/image/smiley/default/smile.gif) |

Kawahapi, sorry lambat balas. Rasanya I pernah tempek macam mana nak buat poached egg kat sini. Senang je.
Guna kuali 'flat' yang tak lekat.
Panaskan kuali dengan api verrry slow
Pecahkan teluq (kalau kuali besar, boleh buat 3 ke 4 biji sekali)
Letak lah 3 ke 4 sudu air putih
Tutup kuali...
Masak ikut suka sama ada nak full cook or setengah masak.
Angkat...boleh mamam. |

Mallan, buat meehon senang sangat. Perencah dia boleh buat exactly macam nasi goreng. Cuma tambah 2 sudu besar gula and 1/2 cawan sos tomato.
Tips penting:
While cooking the perencah, rendam meehoon dalam air panas about 10 minutes. Bila soft, gunting or potong pendek sikit, so senang makan.
Tos and campur dengan perencah dalam kuali.
Masukkan 1/2 cawan air supaya meehoon tu bila masak lembut.
Gaul sampai sekata hingga air hampir2 kering.
Kalau nak tambah telur, masa ni tolak meehon goreng ke tepi kuali, buat ruang untuk telur. Pecahkan telur and terus kacau sehingga quite cook, dan gaul meehon tadi dengan telur (all these you buat dalam kuali yang sama).
Padam api, biar meehon 10 minit sebelum serve, so meehon nampak cantik ![](static/image/smiley/default/smile.gif) |
