kak liza..kalu nk buat chicken faldover tu, kalau roti dia tu tak  nak pakai tepung penaik, tapi tepung gandum dan soda, berapa banyak sukatannya?

resepi yg saya buat utk berbuka semalam

ayam goreng madu

500gm ayam(potong kecik)
150ml minyak masak
2ulas bwg putih(kisar)
2ulas bwg merah(kisar)
2sudu besar sos tiram
2sudu besar madu
1biji capsium merah
1biji capsium hijau
1labu bwg besar potong 4
garam,gula
sedikit bijan

cara memasak:

1. panaskan minyak.masukkan bwg putih dan bwg merah.kemudian masukkan sos     tiram di ikuti sedikit air.biarkan sampai mendidih.
2. selepas itu masukkan ayam,capsium dan bwg besar.masukkan madu dan kacau rata.masukkan air bancuhan tepung jagung utk memekatkan kuahnya.
3. masukkan sedikit garam,gula dan sedikit bijan.biar masak..
4. angkat dan hidangkan..boleh hias dgn daun bwg.ready utk ngap

kalau nak gunakan tepung gandum..
just campurkan 3 cawan tep. gandum dengan 1 sudu kecil baking powder
kalau gunakan soda bikarbonate takut berasa macam pedar gitu..
biarkan adunan tu sebentar..then baru masakkan..
macam buat pancake tu jer...

How to make Kapitan Chicken Curry?

Hi, can anyone here help to advise how to make kapitan chicken curry?

if possible could you advise in english as i cannot understand malayu?

yepp..true indeed
recipes varies from one to another n yet each have their own uniqueness..

basic n key ingredients?
candlenut - for the lemak[creamy] taste
mix of dried n fresh chiilies - for better colour n taste than using the dried chillies alone
onion - for sweetness n 'body' for the gravy
the freshest herbs possible - fresh tumeric, lemon grass n kaffir lime leaf is a must have! [polygonum or daun kesum can be added to the list if u want]
u can omit the belacan [shrimp paste] if u want..
do not be too generous with the galanggal!!
freshly squeezed santan if possible

and last but not least...
paste pounded in mortar is definitely taste better than blended in electric blender


btw..
u can also make beef  kapitan n prawn kapitan from the same paste, for prawn kapitan..add tomato wedges [u may add pineapple slice for extra kick if ya like]
u can also add potatoes  to  beef/chicken kapitan curry

baru jap td siapkan resepi ayam kacang peas kak lieza kita, so respon lepas berbuka nti baru kasi feedback yer

buat skali ngan nasi minyak kak lieza gak...thehehehehe

nmpk cantik n mabeles jer, apa pun nti wa kasi feedback peh berbuka nti, gmbr nti wa edit masuk sbb kabel dah hilang ke mn ntah

Rendang ayam (buat masa kenduri sebelum posa ari tu)

Bahan2nya


12 ekor ayam (potong 12)
sekilo bawang merah,
sekilo tangkai cili kering,
5 labu bawang putih, 300 gram halia,
100 gram lengkuas (tumbuk/giling/kisar)
Kerisik dari 3 biji kelapa
Sekilo ulas bawang merah (mayang)
15 helai daun kunyit (racik)
Santan pekat dr 10 biji kelapa
secawan kecik jus asam jawa pekat
Garam secukup rasa

Cara membuatnya:

Mula mula ambil kuali...letakkan ayam yg dah dibasuh dan dipotong kat kuali td.
Letakkan bahan giling, bawang merah yg dimayang, kerisik, daun kunyit racik, and jus asam jawa pas tu tuang santan dr 10 bijik kelapa tadi.




pastu baru jerang kuali td atas api sederhana




Renehkan...kacau sekali sekala and perasakan dgn garam...
bila kuahnya dah pekat dan agak kering tu dah masak le...

salam...
dah lama tak buat resipi nie..
so saper2 nak cuba boleh ler...

ayam kampung masak lemak cili api

ayam kampung
kunyit hidup
cili padi
bawang besar dibelah empat
serai dititik
tomato di belah empat garam
santan cair semangkuk

kunyit dan cili padi ditumbuk  kemudian masukkan kedlm santan cair berserta ng ayam  + serai + bawang besar masak sampai mendidih...bila dah masak masukkan tomato dan garam secukup rasa..
