Cali, I kadang2 heat up roti kat dlm oven or microwave utk panaskan sebab I suka roti panas. My anak2 suka makan macam tu je. Sejuk pun tak pe. I think roti2 yg I buat tu mungkin keras selepas 2 hari kot...

Cili/lada hijau yg I tanam a few months ago ada byk buah sampai tak tau nak buat apa. Siap bagi kat kekwn lagi. So I buat cili jeruk....

I semalam baru pulun cili hijau (beli kat supermarket) dengan nasi. Pagi ni perut punya la memulas. Tapi sedap punya pasal, tak pa.

Haahahha.... i nak men tenet jap...lepas ni nak cuba buat roti putih ler pulak.. laki I biarler dia rehat dulu.. dia bawak balik 3 bijik durian tadi.. kawan kasi... sedappssss..

nak tanya akak2 yg suka memasak nih, i got a question pasal rennet, semacam enzyme dia slalu letak dalam makanan. cocklea baru tau yang rennet ni originally taken from mammal, tu yg ala2 seram sikit skarang so kalau beli cheese pon cari yg ada logo halal, tak pon yg pakai vegetarian rennet. so nak tanya ler, u all kalau masak pakai cheese nih, u all main bedal je ker or camne tu?

Cocklea, ada yang guna vegetale rennet, microbial rennet & genetically engineered rennet. Kat sini (Qatar), most of cheese buat kat Arab Saudi, ada jugak import from other countries. SO rasanya no hal. Tapi masa kat France dulu selalunya memang pejam mata..(mesti ramai yang kutuk aku lepas ni ) Memang tak pernah jumpa cheese suitable untuk vegetarian.

Kat sana tak macam kat Aussie/Middle East/US semua tu. Diorang tak kisah pasal muslims. Nak makan, kau makan, kalau tak nak nasib lah..

Kat Aussie ni senang jugak nak dapatkan cheese yg guna non-animal rennet. Contoh : Ashgrove, Devondale Tasty Cheese, Farmland Light Mozzarella, Italiano Light Mozzarella. Most of the supermarket kat sini ada jual those brands.
