untung nenek asyik makan sedap jer... kalu asyik nak makan sedap leh tp biler nyer badan nak mengecil....sia2 jer skipping bnyk2.....tp kalu makan moderate asal kenyang pastu balas balik dgn exercise ...tu baru berhasil...

wa lak lain masa putus cinta..first luv...kunun nak sehidup semati last kerlaut... tak buat per2 pun fuyoo leh slim tp cam jerangkung lak...pastu apa lagi pasang badan balik cari BF baru... bbetul kata yela takde lelaki pun kt independant leh idup sendiri..lelaki kena laaa appreciate kt...opps terlebih sudah tingat zaman muda2 dulu...la ni pun muda lagi.....

huhuhu...cedeynye...

hai sume...sy ni baru je lg kat cni...baru rini daftar...huhuhu...hurm...sy ni ada masalah besar sgt2 ni...umur sy 21...study lagi...berat sy 104 kg n tinggi just 150cm...nak sgt kuruskan bdn...dr dlu lagi...tp susah sgt...huhuhu...b4 this ada try krim felisa...trun 6 kg...in 2 weeks + diet...tp krim tu mahal sgtla...as student mcm x mampu...krim dh stu hal...kalo urut sendiri mcm xde effect sgt...so kena pegi bg org urut...sekali urut kena rm45...krim tu plak stu botol leh thn dlm 1 week...semputla...ada x ape2 cara or suggestion utk kuruskan bdn yg berkesan n leh nmpak effect cepat??plz...help me...

Kena berdisiplin dan bersabar, kay? And 105kg with 150 height tu sangat bahaya. You have to do something starting from now, okay? It's gonna take some time but it is POSSIBLE. Sabar dan disiplin. That's the key.

tapi me skrg dah positif thinking about kg ni..dah tak heran janji ukur lilit turun.....thats the most important thing...
