saya letakkan serbuk koko campur ngan sedikit air panas/pernah jugak pakai hershey`s chocholate syrup ..sket jer..pastu campur ngan sesudu adunan cream cheese tu..pastu pakai lidi/hujung belakang sudu...lorekkan atas kek sebelom dibakar..buat bulatan..perlahan2..dah jadi gegelang..pastu tarik satu garisan dari gegelang paling besar tu ke bahagian tengah..ish..buleh ke faham ni..nnt kalu saya buat...saya snap gambar yek.

confirm sedap recipe ni, dah try buat, tapi hari tu buat masukkan cream yg leftover, dan reduce telur sebijik, takut cair sgt.

Ashna, kakak saya dah cuba recipe ni sebab dia suka buat cheese cake. Sedap & simple. Saya ada makan sikit. Biasalah kalau buat tu for one family yg ramai kena makan sikit je lah. Dia cakap nanti nak buat lagi campur dgn cokelat.

so, did u manage to accomplish your mission? i.e.  rasa dia sejibik ker macam yg secret recipe's?

nak tanya satu soklan.  Guna susu yg tin kecik ker (505 gm)?

shida dah buat kek ni malam tadi. dia jadi merekah. tapi surface dia tak berapa cun pasal shida letak cheese kat atas tu. so, warnanya gelap sikit le.

Baked creamy cheesecake

250 gm Disgestive biscuits,blend in the food processcerr till fine and smooth
125 gm butter,melted
2 tbs sugar
Mix all ingredients together and stir till wel mix,then press it onto the bottom and side of a 8 inch springfoam tin.
Chill in fridge while prepare the filling.

For the filling:
500 gm cream cheese
150 gm sugar
4 eggs (m),lightly beaten with a folk
1/4 cup of whipping/double cream
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla essence

Preheat oven to 180'c.
Cream the cream cheese and sugar till light.(carefull not to over cream the mixture)
Stir the lightly beaten eggs in (stir in bits by bits with a spatula till wel mix),then follow by adding the lemon juice,vanilla essence and cream,stir till wel blend.
Pour the filling onto the prepared base and bake in the oven for abt 55 to 1 hour.
Cool the baked cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour before taking it out to the room temperature.
Wel chill before serve.



Last saturday Aries try cheesecake ni resepi Chanel....happy sangat kerana menjadi & rasanya pun sedap.....

Shida, selalu kan sayang kek kalau merekah suhu oven terlalu panas.  Boleh Diana tahu suhu yang digunakan masa membakar.  Misalnya dalam resipi suruh shida bakar guna suhu 180 darjah C, shida turun kan suhu kepada 160 darjah C... tapi bakar mungkin lama sikit dan mesti test dengan lidi pengguji jika nak tahu kek masak ya.  Insyallah kalau diturunkan suhu kek takkan merekah.  Shida cuba ya.

Ermm shida pakai resipi mana satu buat kek ini, ishh tak tahan godaan bila nampak cheese2 ni semua... :cak: nampak sodap sangat bertabur keju diatas tu..

Diana,
Memang biasanya kita buat kek tak mo merekah. tapi sebab geram tengok cheddar cheese cake si channel yang merekah tu. tu yang nak merekah jugak. masa bakar kek tu shida guna suhu 180. shida bakar pakai loaf pan. so, tak de lah lama sangat. cumanya satu pan shida kaler itam & satu aluminium. maka yang pan itam tu, keknya pun gelap sikit le compared dengan aluminium tu.

cheese kek tu shida buat cheddar cheese cake resepi channel. sedap.

malam tadi shida buat blueberry lemon cheese cake resepi jo's deli & bakery.

Blueberry Lemon Cheese Cake

Ni gambar dan resepinya




Base:

    250g digestive biscuits
    120g butter

Filling:

    375g cream cheese
    110g castor sugar
    2 medium eggs
    60ml lemon juice   
    100ml whipping cream
    1 tbsp cornflour, sifted
    Grated rind from 2 lemons

Topping:

    100g whipped cream
    100g blueberry filling   

   
METHOD:

1. Prepare a 8 inch loose bottom or spring foam round cake tin. Wrap loose base of tin with aluminium foil.

2. To prepare base, melt butter . Use a little of the melted butter to lightly grease bottom and sides of cake tin.

3. Place biscuits in food processor and process until finely crushed. Transfer to a bowl. Add melted butter and stir until crumbs are moistened by butter. Transfer crumbs to the prepared cake tin. Press firmly over base and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. Preheat oven at 180 degC. Cream cheese and castor sugar until light and smooth. Add eggs one at a time, incorporate it well into cream cheese mixture after each addition. Do not overbeat the eggs.

5. Add juice and whipping cream. Beat well.

6. Finally, fold sifted cornflour and grated rind into batter.

7. Pour cream cheese mixture over biscuit base. Tap sides of cake tin a little to break large, noticeable air bubbles on the surface of filling.

8. Bake cheesecake using top and bottom heat of oven at 170degC until surface of cheesecake is just set/cooked. Switch to bottom heat only and bake at 180 degC until cheesecake is firm. The whole baking takes 35-40 minutes.

9. Leave to cool. Run a thin knife blade carefully around inside rim of tin to loosen the sides of cheesecake. Remove cheesecake from cake tin. Unwrap aluminium foil from base of cake tin. Transfer the whole cheesecake, with the aluminium foil, to a cake board. Wrap aluminium foil over the cake board. Refrigerate cheesecake overnight.

10. Decorate top of cheesecake with whipped cream and blueberry filling.

Sedap cheese cake ni. tapi tak boleh makan banyak sangat. yeehuuu....dah berjaya buat cheese cake. thank jo :love:

Nak tanya sikit shida apa website jo's deli & bakery tu? Lagi satu ni guna cara steam bake ke? Shida pakai acuan ni saiz berapa? Lagi satu macam mana cara nak trasfer dr spring foam ke cake board tu? Tolong le jawap...TQ

Kek ni shida bake biasa je sebab dia ada base. shida guna acuan 8 inci. nak transfer tu, shida biarkan sejuk dan dok dlm peti ais dulu kasi base dia keras. masa lepas masak tu, base dia tak keras lagi. so bila dah sejuk, base tu akan mengeras, lepas tu shida guna spatula dan letak bawah kek tu nak kasi terangkat kek daripada base loyang. pas tu boleh le transfer ke kek board. masa tu kek tu dah boleh pegang elok dah. paham ke ha penjelasan shida ni :hmm:

Aries, tu bukan cheese cake shida. Tu Jo punya. kek shida macam tu jugak. cuma cream tu tak tebal macam Jo punya.
