to yela or anyone yg dah baca this book:

Does calorie count in this program?  i.e. still gotta cut down the amount of carb / protein to reduce the calorie intake?

FFL kata calories counting is tedious and boring! but they also dont like animal proteins...they prefer plant-based proteins...yg ni sure rendah calories dah kan.

ferra...camana i nak cakap...rugi la u tak makan vege n fruits. FFL is really all about high-water content foods...and these are vege and fruits. tak leh lari dari vege and fruits. so camana????:hmm:

tu la pasal ramai dah advise i take fruits and vege...tp vege ni payah tul la esp the greens sbb i x suke benda yg mcm lembik2 tau...any idea x camne nak kasik suke vege...camne la i nak mkn nasik wout lauk but only vege tkt x leh masuk jek...but really need to diet ,,,hermm motivation tinggi gak tp tang sayur tu ..alamak....benda lain ok lagi...bab minum x de hal...boleh thn janji jgn ader air depan mata

Baru jer timbang..turun 0.5 kg lps seminggu wat FFL nie..tp dr saturday sampai raya aji tu mmg kamtoi ler..mentedarah x hengat donia..klu x sbb tu mau nyer turun koman2 pun 1 kg kot..anyway thx yela..

Ari ni dah start balik diet..pagi td minum jus green apple+tomato+carrot...lunch mkn orange ngan vege crackers jer..tp mmg mkn sampai kenyang ler..tengah tunggu lg 15 minit utk minum..nak bagi cukup2 3 jam.. :cak:

if cam tu...u kena carik kedai yg jual vege dia still crunchy. bukan yg dah lembik lonye. and eat fresh vege...cam salad tu...tu tak lembik. get some broccoli, blanch it and melt butter on it...sedap wei!

gi la mana2 supermarket.. giant, c4, tesco.. cari organik sald senang dan mudah.. tak perlu nak basuh pun.. 1 packed can last for 2 days...

susah sgt nak cari 'vege' yg tak lembik, cari je timun. makan dgn sambal. fresh dan sah tak lembik. kalau kat kedai jarang offer timun, beli lah dan tapau dari rumah, bukan susah pun sebab tak perlu masak pun.

i pejam mata aje la if sup2 ni. makan aje la. just if the sup too cair...tu yg macam makan dgn air aje. but if only the soup without the protein with vege...ok la kot. if with protein..not too much la the soup, takut susah nak digest pulak the protein nanti.

My second day....

Last nite was torturing... I had dinner at 8pm.. waited 4 hrs b4 drinkg water bec it was protein meal, rite, yela??? .. by midnite i was hungry again...

This morning, an orange n papaya... 1/2 hr later drank water..

Lunch with rice n vege..

Already bought my dinner.. taugeh, ulam, tempe n tauhu...

Yela, can i take fruits with my meals??? is there any prob if I x drink exactly 3 or 4 hrs after meal?? but i still drink... later... n 10 mins b4 my meal..

if ikut the basic rule of food combining...should be okay. but we all know that dishes like this high in calories but not much good nutrients...so mclaren...berpada2 la. unless of course if u add vege n fresh vege...ada la makna sikit!!

kira okay la..except that sayur g selalunya dlm kueteow mamak ni dah jadik lembik. if u hv a salad at the side...would be much better!

frruits are better taken on their own. pasal they need very little time to be digested. tak pe if u lambatkan minum but just dont forget to drink. we all know that drinking fresh juices n plain water is verrrry good...so minum, okay! but u know what...if u really follow the FFL way of eating, u wont really feel thirsty pasal the major part of ur diet consists of high-water content foods.

yela, kwn i pun buat FFL ni..baru 2 ari dah turun 1 kg..mcm x caya jer..tp dia mmg weight prob. kira obes. ler.. tinggi 163 berat 88.Pagi tadi tgk dia timbang dah 87kg.Punya le seronok member.. :cak:

Normally my meal is a big plate... but high fibre.. wth veges n salad n ulam... mmg kenyang la...

I x really feel thirsty.. tp my throat swellng mcm nk start batuk... its a sign of low water content in my body... I think i hv to take my dinner earlier so that by 10pm/11pm i can drink... before my bedtime...

Tp bngun pagi, perut kempis la... n x bloated.. i give myself one week to see d result... im aiming to lose 15kg.. but i'll try to stick to this diet for life... easy to follow.. no calorie counting, no pantang2..
