karipap terbuka maybe inti/doh terlampau berminyak

satu lagi...doh karipap tak perlu uli lama2 dgn mixer..just gaul/uli dgn tangan je...kalau terlebih uli kulit nya nanti jadi kurang rangup pun ye

Hari ni work from home .. sambil buat kerja sambil tengok bola sambil buat karipap. Hari ni nak try recipe Amy Teh yang speedial  bagi. Inti sayur campur + kentang + isi ayam.

Last week buat karipap pusing utk party hubby kat ofis dia...ikut respi Amy beh...bukan yg dimodified Speed tu.. OK lah tapi macam peroi sgt..kena sediakan segelas air kat tepi ..kalau tak 'mengkelan' kata org Penang...Anyway mat2 salleh & Pak Arab suka benar...Diaorang panggil Samosa...seorang bedal dekat 3 biji..

Ni hasilnya:-


ya digoreng separuh...yg dah masak tak sempat amik


Speacial Thanks again to K.Dewi yg tunjuk ajar cara2 nak buat karipap pusing:tq:

P/S : Sekian post utk kali ni...jumpa lagi next mth Insya Allah...

saya uli ngan mixer ni sebab ingat lagi senang, tangan pun tak sakit, kes malas la nih..
tapi ingat esok ke..lusa ke..nak try uli ngan tangan lak, tengok hasil camana..Kekadang biasala...keje nak senang je kan
K noor, saya rasa inti tu ok sebab saya ikut resepi dewi,inti tu tak tumis pun.Saya ambik kira kata2 pakar kat sini, mungkin saya terlebih uli:hmm:

speedial...walaupun karipap you tu tak nampak pusing, tapi cantik la...at least tak de la terbukak2 karipap tu.

inai..jelos tengok karipap you, cantiknyer pusing2 dia...satu karipap berlayer2...aduh..camana you buat tuh!!!

Sun..lagi satu..kalau doh kurang air/kering pun menyebabkan karipap mudah terbuka gak..(dr pengalaman akak la)

shida....aku rasa kalu ikut cara melipat cam dewi tunjuk tu...boleh menghasilkan lapisan banyak camtu....sbb yg Nek-Fiona buat dulu pun jadik camtu gak....apa kata ko terai lak....hehehehhe...
