next time nak try scallops tu dihanguskan dulu (seared - goreng dengan minyak sikit) then baru simpan bahan lain, dan maybe campur soy sauce..... i think ni lagi ok tak ada air....

cari recipe scallops lain dari net ni ada jumpa scallops untuk pasta sauce.....

aku lak br ni gi pasar mlm sri rampai beli sayur ni...tp x igt lak pcik jual tu ckp nama sayur ape ni...katanye sedap kalo goreng...so aku try.....terbukti mmg sedapla bagai dikata.....rupe n rasa dia ala2 kailan kot



Ni aku masak sambal....resipi biasa aje....guna bwg merah n putih, ikan bilis, belacan n air asam jawa......

REBUNG GORENG PEDAS



Bahan-bahan:

Rebung masam
2-3 sudu cili boh
10 ekor udang dibuang kulit
1 biji bawang besar
5 biji bawang putih
1 kiub ayam
Sos tiram
Garam dan Ajinomoto secukup rasa

Goreng udang setengah masak, ketepikan. Tumis bawang besar & bawang putih yg dah dicincang halus sampai naik bau. Masukkan cili boh, tunggu sampai cili masak. Masukkan rebung yang dah dipotong 1.5inch dengan udang, kiub ayam, sos tiram, garam & ajonomoto. Tunggu sampai rebung masak. See..? Senang je kan.. If you want a simple and quick meal, try this out..

CILIAPI PUCUK PAKU

Bahan-bahan
1 bunch pucuk paku
1 cup thin coconut milk
2 cups thick coconut milk
1 tablespoon dried anchovies or dried shrimps

To be made into a paste [blend]:
15 bird eye chillies
2 shallots
1/2 inch fresh tumeric
salt to taste  
Cara Memasak
1. Clean the pucuk paku by removing the leaves from the stems. Wash and rinse.
2. Add in all ingredients except thick coconut and let it boil.
3. Once boiled, pour in the thick coconut milk and taste the salt. Keep stirring.
4. Once boiled, remove from heat and serve with plain rice and crispy fried fish

PASTA FEISTA


Bahan-bahan
500 gm pasta campuran [makaroni/fussili/pasat siput - rebus sampai lembut]
10 batang sosej [rebus dan potong kecil]
10 keping nugget [potong kecik ]
1 tin cendawan butang [potong kecil/nipis]
4 biji buah tomato hijau [potong dadu]
1 biji cili capsicum merah [potong dadu]
1 biji cili capsicum hijau [potong dadu]
1 labu bawang besar [potong dadu]
1 cawan sayur campur frozen
3 sudu cili mesin
1/2 cawan sos tomato
garam
gula minyak

daun sup [racik]  
Cara Memasak
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan abwang sehingga wangi dan layu.
2. Masukkan cili mesin, sos tomato, garam, gula dan sosej. Kacau rata.
3. Masukkan semua sayuran dan nugget. Kacau rata,
4. Rasakan garamnya dan tutup api.
5. Masukkan dalam pinggan dan taburkan daun sup dan hidangkan

buah belimbing [hiriskan]  
Cara Memasak
1. Masukkan semua bahan kecuali belimbing dal blender dan mesin kasar.
2. Masukkan buah belimbing .
3. Hidangkan dengan sayuran ulam.

BENDIR GORENG BERLADA

Bahan-bahan
300 gm kacang bendir
cili merah hiris [optional]
ikan bilis
garam
minyak

Bahan tumbuk
5 biji cili merah
3 ulas bawang merah
1 ulas bawang putih  
Cara Memasak
1. Bendir dibasuh dan potong serung.
2. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan tumiskan bahan tumbuk dan ikan bilis sehingga wangi.
3. Masukkan bendir dan sedikit air dan garam. Kacau rata dan tutup kuali.
4. Rasakan garam dan bila bendir dah agak lembut tutup api.
5. Angkat dan hidangkan

KERABU MANGGA IKAN BILIS

Bahan-bahan
1 biji mangga muda ]
1 batang carrot ] parut/sagat
1 batang timun ]
3 s/b sos ikan
5 biji limau kasturi [ambil jus]
1 s/k garam
1 s/k gula
ikan bilis garing dan kacang goreng [ikut suka]

Bahan Hiris
5 tangkai lada merah
5 tangkai lada hijau
10 tangkai cili api
2 pokok daun ketumbar  
Cara Memasak
1. Gaulkan rata semua bahan kecuali ikan bilis dan kacang.
2. Masukkan dalam pinggan hidangan.
3. Bila nak makan baru taburkan ikan bilis dan kacang goreng.

100 gm daun kucai [potong pendek]
100 gm carrot sagat/parut
