Hi pengikut Atkins semua....
Eiza pun cuba juga diet ni selepas semua produk tak bagi kesan... Termasuk hari ni dah seminggu eiza cuba card diet.... semalam timbang berat badan dah turun sket dari 70kg ker 68 kg:clap:.... kira ok ler bagi eiza yg susah nak turun berat badan....:bgrin:
Tinggi Eiza 166 cm
Berat skrang 68 kg
Target 57 kg
Emmmm kena turunkan lagi 11 kg......

hi Swift. shida start amik 13 May (rasanya lah). mula2 tu kenyang ya amat. rasa tak leh bernapas. tapi sekarang dah slow skit. tengahari rasa lapar. malam pun. tapi shida makan pun masih bersukat lagi. |

Hello semuaa.. sorry ler.. lama giler tak update ape2 sini... kejar dateline ler.. :ah:
so far diet ok jerrr.. masih lom langgar pantang larang.. tapi heran nape berat badan ni dah masuk minggu ke-2 tak turun2... 54kg gaks.. minggu pertama je turun sekilo.. pastu dok static camtu gaks...
tapi yg bestnye, byk baju dah bleh pakai.. seluar jeans pun dulu tali pinggang cucuk lubang ke 3 ni dah cucuk lubang ke 5 ihihihihi.. peha ni rasa mantap je dahh... :cak:
but.. still.. tak suke nengok angka 54 tu!!! arrrghhh!!!! :geram:
breakfast tadi: susu anlene + cornflake +kismis
lunch: ikan bakar + sayur bendi goreng |

deheart tinggi berapa? shida tak tahu yang mana betul berat terkini sebab baru je tukar timbang. timbang aku tu pun penin semacam je. shida kalo boleh nak berat dalam lingkungan 53-55. tak leh ringan sangat. nanti melayang. |
