akak dulu2 masa baru2 menceburkan diri dlm bisnes karipap forzen nih (cewah)..akak goreng sat dlm 2-3 min pastu baru frozenkan...tapiii bila dah buat byk2 letih wooo nak goreng2 nih..so la ni apa yg akak buat..akak susun dalam loyang jauh2..pastu frozenkan..bila dah beku baru wat packing..

leper ke? akak rasa tak lah leper sgt..tapi bila goreng automatik jd kembung balik..:nyorok:

coklat canai guna mesin...macam mana kak noor gelek jadi pjg?? bila coklat canai doh tu dpt la dlm 2 biji karipap...tu yg penat tu...kak noor, 180 biji : ya Allah byknya...caya la sama lu kak noor:hatdown:

camana nak jd panjang?..haaa cam ni..masa lepas gelek mula2 tu kan... lipat memanjang pastu gelek  kasi nipis lagi..tu yg jd panjang..

akak baru je siap 184 biji karipap ayam dan sardin..esok sambung sket lagi..inti sardin tak cukup..nak lagi 20 biji..adesss..

baru akak perasan..akak buat karipap sambil berdiri..heheheh..gelek2 terus klim berdiri..lenguh gak kaki..kalau bangun duduk leceh la..:nyorok:

ni karipap pusing yg me buat last week





still guna resepi Amy beh yg dah dimodified cuma cara melipat guna cara dewi...tp hasil dia tak mcm inai punyalah...

wah........ jelesnya aku. kat rumah ada keledek. kalau rajin hari ni aku buat inti dulu. esok baru buat doh dia :cak:

sedap nyer wat karipap inti keledek... manis2 pedas jek inti dia....selalu buat mesti pakai kentang.. sebab bile
beli keledek mesti buat keria ke, goreng ker or rebus & mkn dgn kelapa (mcm buat getuk ubi)

hari nih lepas abis buat karipap yg org order..inti terlebih pulak..so k Noor pung sinsing lengan...wat karipap pusing Dewi ...sepanjang usia akak..ni percubaan kedua buat karipap pusing..first time masa kat Mesia tapi kurang memuaskan..

percubaan kedua..perghhhh sungguh memberansangkan..hubby puji...cantik dan sedap...rangup betull..krup krap krup krap..tima kacih lah dewi...akak ikut sejibik resepi u..cuma tang shortening tuh kena tambah lagi utk tepung 300g..baru lah elok boleh bulatkan..akak guna shortening dr Mesia..duk sini mende tuh keras lah w'pun berada suhu bilik...tuh yg agaknya kena tambah lagi kot..btw...karipap nih mmg sedap..tambah pulak intinya pun sedap (inti ayam dan inti sardin).. :pmuka:

akak buat beso2 sbb dah penat..1 kg tepung dpt 40 biji karipap aje...kalau jual mau 90p sebiji (3x karipap biasa saiznya)..buh dlm dinner plate muat 7 biji je..hehe

...ada amik gambar close up tapi  blurr lak...gambo jauh je yg clear..tapi tak pe...janji nampak hehehe

kak noor shortening ni mmg keras ler bila sejuk. kalau 40 biji jer mmg besawwwwwwww ler karipap nyer tu.. mau makan sebijik dah kenyang.

mmg hajat dihati nak niaga karipap pusing gak..tapi kena kira modal dulu..sini klu jual mahal2 tak de org nak beli :hmm:

shortening sini lembut elok je pd suhu bilik..berbanding dgn M'sia punya kebetulan shortening dr Mesia semlm cukup2 je 150g..akak tambah shortening sini gak sket..

a'ah Dewi..beso giler..terkejut hubby tengok..dia kena 2 biji terus kenyang..semlm dinner tak makan nasi pung..kenyang makan karipap..hihihi

akak suka texture karipap nih...berlapis2 cam puff pastry lak..cuma texture karipap nih lagi rangup berbanding puff yg agak peroi..

standard  ah Sue..sini kalu Sue tengok samosa kat kedai Pakistan..mak aihhhh beso giler..kena satu dah kenyang..sama lah dgn karipap pusing akak nih..heheheh..sebenarnya kan akak semlm nak cepat...dah penat sgt berdiri satu hari duk kat dapur..pastu nak cepat2 tengok siri kegemaran East Ender...tuh yg buat bagak2 hahahaha..
