memang kena tgk urat daging masa nak potong tu...kalau silap mesti daging tu keras....maklang kalau bab2 daging ni mesti maklang rebus dulu sbb maklang nakkan air daging tu...sedap kalau dicampurkan dlm masakan.. kalau nak buat daging msk hitam maklang tu jangan potong bulat2 tp dihiris nipis2 macam org buat daging masak merah tu.. pehtu goreng sekejap, insyaAllah mesti lembut

ha air rebus daging tu yg menambahkan kesedapan masakan....mak sy selalu guna air rebusan daging tu utk masakan tertentu...espicially air asam...sedap sebb air daging kan manis...

maisya..
cu guna kulit telur utk buang pusat tuh..
lepas dah pecahkan telur ke dalam bekas..amik part kulit telur tu dan sauk keluar pusat..
kadang2 saya guna tangan jer..
kadang2 sauk dgn sudu..

saya nk tanya lerr...kat pasaran nie byk sgt susu..
susu cair pun ada mcm2..
boleh tak sesapa bagitau kat sini secara separately laa kan..
apa tu...

> evaporated krimer
> evaporated filled milk
> evaporated full cream milk
> sweetened krimer
> condensed milk

saya kenal jugak beberapa jenis..tapi itulah..tak berapa pasti jugak kadang2 tu..mcm carnation/ideal tu kan..susu cair saja..[evaporated krimer]tambah kalau brand dutch lady lagik saya pening..hehe..byk sgt..

rinafarha1709, capsicum memang ada red,green and yellow tp ada satu cili hijau yg serupa bentuknya dgn capsicum namanya Japanese Green Piman, jd mungkin yg murah sedikittu cili jenis ini.Marsh biasa beli ygni mmg pedas sedikit compare dgn capsicum yg lebih mild and agak manis sedikit rasanya..ini info yg marsh dpt dari majalah Womens Weekly.

buatkan pizza tu bulat sebesar dinner plate dan bakar jer dalam non-stik frying pan..
kakliza biasa buat gitu..
hasilnya macm oven gak....tapi gunakan api paling perlahan dan tutup frying pan tu ...

hehe...tu cikwan...kak liza dah tolong jawabkan..
tapi kalau microwave yg bukan convection tu rasanya tak boleh laa cikwan...
sama mcm microwave saya...bukan convection..
tapi cu cikwan ikut cara kak liza..mmg boleh..sebabnya kaknoor masri pun penah gak kasik cara nk bakor guna tudung peyok..

1 cup Self raising flour = 7/8 cup all-purpose flour + 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder + 1/2 teaspoon salt
