I pn pernah bf tp x kurus2 plk. Sampai anak 3 thn bf, harammmm x kurus2. Hahaha

kan...kita ni makan lah konon untuk vitamin anak, sudahnya jadi lemak tepu..

kena buat squat n atkins la juga ni

camne ye kita nk diet .. buat IF 18 jam .. tghari mkn wrap pastu ptg laki bwk blk goreng pisang la rojak la popia la .. mlm kang kena mkn gak tmn dia & ank2 mkn .. nr2 diet ke laut .. camne nk buat ni

Susah betul nak istiqamah dalam berdiet ni. I kadang tu kena jadi kedekut/bayangkan duit x banyak. So xde la duit belanja sesuka hati nak makan itu ini

iol pun jenis skip2 makan tapi sekali hadap tu mesti size jumbo haha. Makan lewat so boleh jadi IF dah tu, just kena latih kecikkan portion. Tapi iol since kecik mmg parents tak ajar makan after 7pm. Maybe sebab tu je la maintain badan ni. Perut je la.

My cousin confirm tak mitos. Sebab dia mmg since kecik plump. Even gambar kawin plump. Tup tup jumpa lepas anak 4 bulan dah kurus gilaaa. Dia mmg pantang betul2 sebab nak elak penyakit tapi bonus dia terlajak kurus

Cousin iol tu pernah buat atkins la keto diet la. Mula2 memang kurus tapi lepas tu sebab makan tak seimbang kan, so dia cepat sakit. Kesudahannya its all about portion control kan? My cousin tu tak exercise pun. Breastfeed je
