Ke asid borik yg guna kat mee kuning tu... sebab tu aku x suka makan mee kuning... sakit perut... lagi2 kat kedai... bkn basuh pun

Setiap lebihan lauk makanan memang aku buang... koser nak simpan... bkn makan pun.. jadi masak cukup2 je..

benda kalau simpan elok dalam freezer, boleh tahan bertahun..
tapi pastikan sentiasa beku..
kalau takde letrik lebih 3 4 jam, mana yang cair tu, cepat-cepat la masak..
kalau tak, buang je la..

Mak2 la slalu suka myimpan..
Phm syg mknnn tu..tp tgok la keadaan kalau dh xelok..buang je la..
I plak jnis masak mmg cukup2..xda lebihan..tp kdg smpai xcukup..
Tp slalu la i ingtkn mak kalau lauk yg dh dikeluar dr peti lama...ada bau pelik ke..
Drpd merana badan..buang je la..

I pun sejenis simpan makanan dalam deep freezer. Ikan or daging buruan. Setakat ni tak sempat sampai setahun memang akan habis. But kalau sejenis makanan homemade will finish in a short time. Tapi kalau simpan sampei setahun aje penuh peti weyy.

bende2 yg fermented memang la.. x bole silap sikit.. and kene define kalau dia dah berubah rasa dari biasa jadi luar biasa.. org dolu2 mana ade peti ais nak simpan makanan lama2.. so that dia akan femented dengan mcm2 cara... commonly guna garam, gula, asam sdb...

generally ..... ramai je yg ade attitude sumbat segala mende masuk dlm peti ais.. pada derang alah..x abis.. simpan dalam peti ais lah... kang nak makan dah senang.. reheat je.. or else.. alahh sayangnye..  soo simpan la.. x mo membazir.. pada org2 begini as long as simpan dalm fridge.. sume akan tahan... dulu aku mcm ni... tapi dari pembacaan dlm med soc yg boleh dipikir logic utk dipraktik aku ubah diri aku ..

bole nak simpan leftover food tapi kene tau rules dan cara simpan... bukan sembarangan simpan.. kadang dengan periuk2 skali masuk fridge.. dengan bekas yang terbuka lagi.. udahnye kering gituh je.. aku memang tepuk dahi dgn org cam ni...

soo bila dah duk rumah sendiri.. sendiri manage fridge sendiri supaya kita pun x geli bila buka fridge kita utk simpan or ambil makanan.. bile berkongsi dengan ahli keluarga.. mmg payah nak disiplinkan orang lain.. nak plak dengan mak mak kita yg mmg dah bertahun suka sumbat fridge.. its all about attitude.. cubalah create awarenes.. supaya makan yg kita simpan tak tercemar dan fridge kita nampak bersih and mangeble
