ada masalah yg sama jugak. keje mmg kena duduk je. berjalan xleh. kadang terpaksa berdiri jap, pusing2 badan.. mmg naik lemak la kat betis . bila time cuti je, banyak bergerak, buat keje2 umah. saja berlari2 anak. hehe.. apa nak wat ek? ada petua lagi x? faktor keje ni membatas kan pergarakan selama 10jam.

aku rs ikut genetik gak, banjar selalunya besar part betis dan peha nih. Mmg susah jgk nk kuruskan bahagian nih, jogging dan byk berjalan aku rasa berkesan jgk

   betis besar sbb lemak ke muscle? kalu lemak, exercise la dulu. tak pyh risau nak exercise sbb takut bermuscle.. atlet pon bukan senang nk dpt muscle.

but TT, leh cuba cara nih..masa sek sokmo wat...
berdiri separuh tapak kaki pada tangga@ antar 2 tmpt yg lantainya tak sama tinggi..
pegang/paut mana2..then cuba wat cara macam nak jog...
erkk...camner nak explain nih...

nnt satu kaki lurus...sementara sblh kaki bengkok..then u feel mcm menda tertarik kt betis tuh....

ala...nak reti la nak explain...saper paham..?
