Takdelah..aku selalu solat Jumaat situ..masih lagi surau..tapi selesa laa..dia dah besarkan sampai rapat ker pagar..lantai semua sah tiles..dulu biasa solat jumaat kat flat Surau KOta Perdana tu..tapi crowded & panas.. |

erm..tunggu dah confirm jawatan la baru nak fikir beli umah..but equine tu dah oke sgt..kalo kat area desa pinggiran putra pon umah semi D setingkat sampai 300k..10 kali fikir pon belum tentu nak beli |

petang tadi aku pergi tengok showhouse kat Sierra 16 , ada lagi lot Sierra 8 yang kosong, jalan masuk/keluar tak jem sebab ada exit/masuk ikut highway baru ke Shah Alam
harga utk bumi starting rm450,000 . berdasarkan perancangan akan ada 16 taman , ada sekolah menengah dan rendah masjid dan kompleks utk comunity. Setiap rumah dan installed ngan alam.
ingat nak booking tapi memandangkan harga tinggi sgt kena hold dulu. projek Sierra 16 nie ambil masa 10 thn utk complete.. |

Putra Perdana Puchong. Hway dah nak bukak.. tak sampai 5 minit sampai cyberjaya.. tak sampai 10 minit sampai Putrajaya. Harga umah makin meningkat tapi masih ok berbanding kawasan lain. Semi D masih boleh dapat bawah 200K kalau pandai cari... umah teres bawah 170k kene cari gak. |
