Ada yg ambik cuti sbb nak mkn jugak, mcm makan sukiya tu masa weekdays tak ramai
I jenis tak boleh makan banyak, so rugi bawak pegi sukiya ke buffet ramadhan ke
I suka makan tapi rasa-rasa gitu then okay, sbb susah lah biasa kurus tiber naik sikit rasa berat je nak jalan
Dah lah musim panas ni, kalau gemok sikit berkicap badan cepat peluh takut bau masam

sukiya tu utk org yg jenis mkn byk berbaloi la..
weols p jgk time luncheon..akak opis i suka....ramai org kot..asyik asyik ajak..kul 11 dia dh keluar dh ngn sorg abg ni sbb nk beratur..kul 12 i pulak bwk kwn kwn ofis..deyols mkn byk..i je krik krik..pastu dk ajak lg i diam je..xnk pergi dh..sdp mmg la sdp...tp xsuka rushing nk mknn byk wktu lunch.i tpksa kosongkn perut xmkn bfast semata nk ikut mulut dorg...i ni steamboat pun xpernah pergi sbb i jenis mkn sikit.
perut i kecik..mkn sikit sikit ..kalau mknn yg i xrasa nk mkn i xkn mkn sbb i jenis  diet spjg thn

tu la...i jogging atau briswalk sejam  dpt 8 round...cukup 10k step i benti..
smlm xpergi pun..mlm ni xtau..sbb asyik muka i je smgu tnpa skip..org lain mcm 3 kali smgu gitu je
nth nth penduduk kondo situ ckp bdk ni asyik jogging je kuwus nya tidak

umur dah 30 an ni susah dah nak kurus mcm zaman muda mudi dulu, cukup lah kita jaga makan dgn bersenam sikit-sikit
adalah jugak kan dari melepak makan depan tv.. kuat bersenam sgt pun tak boleh jugak
tengok ramai main badminton pun boleh mati mengejut sbb jantung terkejut

Cuepacs kena mulakan dari KKM dlu. ramai sgt doktor dan misi yang terlebih yis. KKM nasihatkan org ramai agar kuruskn badan, tp staff dorg sendiri mcm donut. Sokong jer utk turunkan berar badan. dan fyi, mostly byk jer kementerian/jbtn wajibkan pemeriksaan kesihatan pd umur 30/35thn dan ke atas.

kawan i pun active joging, then badminton, pastu brisk walk lagi dia mcm tak sihat sgt now.. I suruh dia rest sikit sbb jgn active sgt takut body dia penat tak boleh terima.. Tapi dia pun okay, makan jaga just tak boleh takde coffee pagi petang
