mybe yg berpengalaman atau sudah belajar secara formal teknik urutan ini
klu org biasa buat ikut nasihat ni "urutan lembut" di sekitar mata cam mana nak pastikan ia teknik yg betul
even ia gentle
kut nanti ada fine line pula, kulit mata kan area yg sensitif kit

Saya ada formal training, itu sebab saya boleh memberi serba sedikit tunjuk ajar tentang drainage massage ini, Teknik ini memang teknik yg senang untuk belajar atau boleh di panggil Basic Technique. Kalau orang yg betul betul ada hati untuk belajar teknik ini, lepas baca tunjuk ajar Amy, memang boleh faham apa yg Amy maksudkan, lain lah Jika orang yg baca tu saja nak cari kesilapan orang lain. Kes macam ni, nak ajar sampai lembu boleh terbang pun tak paham paham lagi.....ye. Kadang kala, kita tidak perlu bayar untuk kesemua jenis massage, ada jenis massage yg simple yg kita boleh melakukan DIY untuk menjimatkan $. Bukan ke bagus Jika kita dapat berjimat serba sedikit dalam masa ekomomi kita yg lembap sekarang.

setakat banyak2 eye cream/ gel/ serum/ ampoules/ lotion/ etc, yg paling berkesan ialah elizabeth arden prevage eye serum, yg harganye rm 420 sebotol kurus panjang kaler kelabu silver tu.
sakit jugak la membayarnye, but kesannye i puas hati. lebam bawah mata tu hanya jaga makan, tido cukup, kurang stress je mampu hilangkan. tapi kedut2 halus tu dah softened & kurang sket lepas i pakai serum elizabeth arden tu.
tapi now tukar lain yg lebih murah coz sakit nak membayo serum tu. hehehhe. tapi tu la, pakai yg lain, tak brapa best plak hasilnye. nanti nak kena simpan duit beli tu balik.

btw, ikut kulit masing2. ada trial & error jugak la in terms of mana yg sesuai.
mcm i, slalu dgr yg estee lauder advance eye tu bagus, yg bekas kecik coklat tu. tapi for me, it didnt do anything despite dah abis satu jar i pakai. ikut jenis kulit & keperluan.

    Lamer ni i beli kat Isetan, KLCC... mmg ok.. moisturise the skin under eyes dan ada soothing feeling so rasa mcm relax je bila pakai.. try le.. maybe boleh membantu..

    Hmmmm... mmg brand Lamer ni mahal, bcoz of the quality and imported.. i tak nafikan..
maybe you should try the one suggested by amy.. the serum.. it might helps.. yg i tau satu lagi eye cream tabita... dlm gel form dan rasa soothing juga.. pakai every night.. my sister ada serious eye problem, mmg i tgk dah ok after a few months pakai eye cream tabita ni... sblum ni dia pun cari byk gak produk..asyik2 tak sesuai jerr...
tapi apa2 produk u pakai pun, mmg kena ada kesabaran coz wrinkles ni amik masa nak elok.. kena rajin everyday dan ikut cara yg betul dr segi pemakanan dan urutan... nak cantik ni mmg kena berterusan buat apa2 pun... jgn dah pakai sebulan rasa tak ok, trus tukar lain... then u takkan tau the effect... setiap produk berbeza2 kesan terhadap setiap org...

Eye cream tabita mmg bagus especially kpd yg ada problem with eyebag..  my sister mmg eye bag problem dah lama... dia try mcm2 produk tp tak berapa menjadi.. bila dh try tabita, mmg ssuai sgt...

actually smua item dlm product tabita ni mmg terbaik.. i dah lama pakai tabita as my skincare.. mmg kulit jadi halus, flawless tanpa mekap dan yg plg best kulit i nampak lebih muda sejak pakai tabita... artis pun ramai pakai cuma takde le heboh2 kan... nak berahsia le katakan... hehehe...

Yup ... This is a very simple step yg boleh dipraktikkan dirumah. Selepas pagi,bangun tidur n malam sebelum tidur. Sebelum melakukan eye massage, sila pastikan bahagian mata dicuci bersih ( semasa cuci muka), pakai toner disekitar muka mengelakkan toner Dari bahagian mata. Tuangkan serum atau eye care yg digunakan dan sapu rata pada bahagian mata. Sesudah product disapukan, bolehlah ikuti langkah urutan mata seperti dibawah.
* mesti ingat bahawa urutan mata adalah lembut/ gentle. Jangan tarik/rub kuat kuat.
* urutan mata mesti menggunakan ring finger. Jari keempat.

-Using your ring finger, very lightly massage the area around your eye in circular motion. Starting from inner corner of eye socket (above) , move outward direction, working all the way to the eyebrow, then going down and around to the inner corner of eye socket (below). Repeat 5x
- Make sure you DON'T press or drag the skin with fingers, just gently rub the area.
- Next, use 2 fingers.  using your ring finger, and middle finger, rub gently outwards starting from the inside corners. Place the ring finger below inner eye socket. Place middle finger above inner eye socket, gently rub outwards motion. Meeting both finger points at the temple area. Apply pressure point gently at temple area. Repeat 2x.
- Next, tap lightly the area under the eye area towards the temple and apply pressure point gently at temple area. Repeat 2x.
- Finally, apply gentle pressure point on 7 points. Starting from:
  -- 1. under eyebrow area: starting of inner eyebrow area, middle eyebrow, ending eyebrow.
  -- 2. Under eye area: starting of inner eye area, middle eye, ending eye.
  -- 3. Temple area: after eyebrow area, under eye area, finish the 7th point by ending at the temple area. Apply pressure point gently at temple area.

So there you have it gals...... Simple eye massage technique you can practise at home while applying your favorite eye care. This simple step will help to drain away toksins, promote good blood circulation for eye area, reduce fine lines and keep the eye area looking fresh and beautiful. Enjoy
