MAS memang rugi..tetapi biasalah dalam perniagaan..tipulah kalo takda rugi...dalam bisness satu konsep untuk memulakan bisness adalah sanggup menghadapi risiko kerugian..pembelian Airbus A380 adalah dalam proses transfomasi penambaikan perkhidmatan MAS setelah kontrak perkongsian dengan Air Asia terbatal..
kalo kita pandai manage bisness dengan susaha promosi yang menarik kita boleh maju..pasal ko kata ada negara pakai A380 tak maju2 itu bergantung pada pengurusan sendiri.. |

contoh satay2 kat small towns n kampung2 kat mana tu yang sedap? satay ni .. daging fresh ..lembut ... cukup herba dia .and kuah sedap .... sedap lah ..... saya jarang makan satay ... and antara satay2 yang saya makan .. kat atas MAS paling terbest .... satay kat restoren UratKeting BBBangi sekyen 7 pun sodap ..lembut daging dia ... dulu laaa .. |

Garuda named world’s best regional airline by Skytrax

Flag carrier Garuda Indonesia was recognized as the World’s Best Regional Airline by the global airline review and ranking consultancy, Skytrax, for delivering the best service to its customers.
Garuda’s vice president for communications, Pujobroto, said Skytrax CEO Edward Plaisted had presented the award directly to Garuda president director Emirsyah Satar at the Farnborough Air show.
“The award is the result of the hard work we have been doing so far. We will continue to work harder in order to enhance our services,” Pujobroto told The Jakarta Post via a text message from London.
He said the award was given to Garuda based on a customer satisfaction survey conducted by Skytrax of 18 million passengers from 100 different countries between July 2011 and June 2012.
The survey measured 38 aspects about the airline including service, convenience, on-time performance, food and beverages and safety.
Garuda beat more than 200 operators worldwide in the category.
“We also won the Best Regional Airline in Asia, encouraging us to do better in the future to keep Garuda flying higher,” he told the Post.
In March, Garuda was recognized in January as Best International Airline, according to research conducted by Australian-based company, Roy Morgan.Roy Morgan ranked Garuda ahead of other leading airlines, such as Singapore Airlines, Emirates and Air New Zealand, with 91 percent of 3,943 respondents being “very satisfied” with the airline’s products and services.

National flag carrier Garuda Indonesia has been recognized as ‘Best International Airline’ according to a recent independent survey of all major airlines throughout the world.
The customer satisfaction survey, conducted by research company Roy Morgan, ranked Garuda Indonesia ahead of other leading airlines, such as Singapore Airlines, Emirates and Air New Zealand with 91 percent of the 3,943 respondents being “very satisfied” with the airline’s products and services.
“We are thrilled to receive this award, as it endorses Garuda Indonesia’s transformation and progress toward becoming one of Asia’s leading airlines. This valuable recognition by our Australian customers motivates us even further to deliver the highest standards of service on the ground and in the air," Bagus Y. Siregar, Garuda Indonesia’s senior general manager for Australia and the South West Pacific, said in a statement sent to The Jakarta Post on Tuesday.
The Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award comes after a string of accolades, including the four-star rating by Skytrax, the global benchmark for airline service standards, in 2009.
Garuda Indonesia was also named the World’s Most Improved Airline at the Skytrax World Airline Awards in Hamburg, and Asia’s leading service quality airline by the Center for Asia-Pacific Aviation (CAPA) in 2010.
All awards recognize the success of Garuda Indonesia’s Qantum Leap program, which includes the revitalization of its existing fleet and the introduction of “The Garuda Indonesia Experience”, the carrier’s service concept that offers a uniquely Indonesian level of service both in-flight and on the ground. "Garuda Indonesia will continue to invest in enhancing its service offerings in order to become a five-star carrier by 2015," Siregar said.

...one example kat N9, nama tempat tu Air Kuning kalau tak silap, i stop by masa drive dari Tangkak nak ke Bentong, gerai sate ni bukak petang after 5.00 pm begitu, satay nya lebih kecil, lebih terasa marinate nya, kuahnya sedap & lebey murah hehe.... |
