GLC tu company yg substantially owned by government body mcm Khazanah (UEM Land, PLUS), LTAT (Affin, Bousted), PNB, EPF (RHB) etc..some GLCs listed on Bursa Malaysia whilst, some are not..companies that are listed on Bursa Malaysia called Public Listed Company x kira la GLC atau individual ownership..hanya PLC yg perlu publish financial statement kt public..yg sdn bhd or anak syarikat plc mmg la x nampak..da masuk nnt baru tau byk x byk contribution dia dekat parent company..lagi 1, x semua subsidiaries dpt benefit sama mcm staff yg kt parent company..some dpt lg sikit..
biasanya yg ada special rate kt bank tu byk jugak syaratnya..salah satu kena kerja dgn company tu at least 6 months..ada yg at least 3 years..kenapa bank boleh bg special rate?, sbb hr company da buat arrangement dgn bank utk benarkan buat tolakan pada gaji staff yg buat loan tu..so bank pun secure monthly payment akan dpt sbb hr da tolak siap2..x mesti glc or plc..
alahai tt, apply jekla kt seploh company yg stable..mana tau sangkut satu..jgn harap kt satu jek..

dah apply 10 dah pun....semua status gergasi,
public listed, government agencies, multinasional ler plg byk......yg ada (M) kt ujung dier cam Daewoo.

let me answer this first. benefits yg i target ada 2jenis
1. direct benefits - faedah yg dicomp ...
6 thn kerja, 6x kompeni kecit dah lompat....maybe tue lah kot punca recruiter tak berapa minat nak amek....
if i may add, kat resume tue , tayahlah taruk all 6 companies tue. yg tak significant byk kudis dan penyakit , kau omit ajek. keep it to urself . kalau kau cerita segala kudis dan penyakit co ikan bilis tue, im afraid its going to effect their judgement, tho its beyond ur control. instead, focus on ur strong point, ur contrubution and what u have done.
many well-established companies have training programs. they are willing to invest in human capital. however, in order for them to make that decision they need to look at past track records. companies like to invest in people who see their career goals align with their corporate goals.
coming back to your question GLC susah nak masuk ker? jawapan aku TAK SUSAH, given u have all the criterias that they are looking for....so, do you have what it takes???

kalau glc..diorg ada skim tangga gaji gak mcm gomen tuh ..kalau 5-6 thn rasa around 4-4.5k kot..takleh nak demand tinggi mcm swasta

i mean my cousin sblom dier masuk PJH, dier penah keje ngan AZRB dulu...
anyway....i don't think dier leh tlg i masuk PJH sbb so far last intake PJH 2012....tu pun x sampai org.
anehnyer....PR1MA tgh full swing, naper x wat PJH tak amik recruitment utk project team yer?

I think u meant klcc projects. Sebab yang buat project management is klcc, pjh ialah client. So kalau nak masuk project : hantar resume ke klcc

Salam.. Nak tanya pendapat uols. I skrg kerja dgn medium sized chinese company, benefit mmg sikit, gaji ok ok je la. Tapi kerja flexible time, takde siapa check sbb i jaga accounts utk a few sites. Asal kerja siap boss ok. Then dlm bulan 4 i kena jaga site baru yg sangat hazab dan stress. Bgtau boss, boss cari staff yg bagus utk tolong kat sana. Tapi bukan masalah staff je, environment kat sana mmg menyetresskan. I'm not supposed to be there everyday tapi third party kat site tu mcm harapkan i kat sana all the time. So i stress dan rasa malas nak susahkan boss utk mintak tukar site, boss pun macam taknak tukarkan i je...i pun try la apply kat one GLC co.... Yg baru beli menara tu.... Dapat alhamdulillah. Tapi bila i ngtau boss i nak resign mula la dia naikkan gaji i tinggi sikit dari gaji yg glc tu offer dan naikkan my position to manager ( kat glc tu executive) dan nak carikan i assistant........ So i sgt2 berbelah bagi nak join glc ke nak stay. Esok kena buat final decision dah ni, kena give answer to the glc co. The glc co mmg famous dgn bonus yg meletop2 katanya. Tapi adakah saya nak bonus dan benefit ( medical, loan, cuti 20 hari, biasa2 je jgk benefitnya kot ek?). Tolong i pikir uols.. Buntu. Mcm sayanga sangat nak reject glc tu. tlg.. |

ginilah.....awk amik je GLC tu,
takut2 awak kesempitan wang, awk nak apply loan kt MBSB ke Bank Rakyat ke, Bank Smpanan Nasional ke....
The bankers will approve your loan served on the silver platter......kalo awk apply atas nama company private (non-bumi plak tu);
bank akan maki awak sbb buang masa diorng....paling minimal pun diorng akan jeling cam pandang awk ne pengemis je.
bank skang byk yg dah start bongkak sejak ekonomi negara kita makin berkembang....
sedangkan mash ramai yg menganggur....
aku skang keje company bursa listed company tp bkn GLC and non bumi.....so terpaksa la aku pinjam kat ahlong.
