Itu yang aku heran tu.
Dia sendiri kontrktor (G7 tuuu....) tapi nak murah punya pasal, tanggung laa akibatnya.

Tapi tu laa kannn... rumah tokey kontraktor pun ko ingat perfect sangat ker?
Ntah-ntah anti termite pun tak buat... damp proof membrane lagi laaaa ke laut...

Cukai Barangan dan Perkhidmatan (GST) sebanyak enam peratus bagi menggantikan Cukai Jualan dan Perkhidmatan (SST)

selagi tak adok penjualan...kerahjagaan tak dapek cukai....kalu barangan ado...cukai tetap dapek....jual ke atau tak jual...kan

ni lawyer aku ckp..individu x kene GST..klu beli umah subsale pun x kene GST..yg kene GST co developer..mcm mah sing/ sp setia etc..

and opkos derang akan naikkan rege nk cover GST..

aku skrg tgh jual umah lama..da nak setel proses nye..n tgh cari2 umah lain nak beli..ni kes jual umah lama, bayo htg, beli umah baru (lepas deposit je).gali2 lubang tutup lubang..hehe

nasihat lawyer aku la & jugak housemate aku (mortgage agent)..dia ckp jgn beli umah skrg (immidiately after gst)..tgu after bulan 10 ke atas..time tu maybe harga umah turun cket (xde la byk..dlm 30-40k..) sb nk kasi org mampu beli umah..

xtau la..pd aku..beli je..sb aku da ade deposit tu (klu lambat2 aku joli pulak)..and aku nak kurangkan kos transport (beli umah tepi train - downgrade kete ke bibah/savvy je)

sb nak sgt ade umah..sb da penah rasa ade umah sdiri..sakit hati sgt baya sewa umah mahal2..last2 xjd hak aku pun..
